I agree with you EXCEPT the Matt Reeves movie is supposed to focus on a younger Bruce Wayne. With that in mind, I'd prefer someone like Armie Hammer. But it'll probably be another Brit like Taron Edgerton or Jack O'Connell.

Ideally somebody who looks like a younger Ben Affleck, thing is the ones who do are probably too lesser known than what Warner Bros. would prefer.

Finn Wittrick for me. He was pretty good as a crazy rich guy in American Horror Story: Freakshow, and also as a brooding hero in The Assassination of Gianni Versace. And something about his face says Bruce Wayne to me. Maybe the chin.  I'm also open to the idea of putting Bruce on the bench for awhile and letting Dick Grayson or Terry McGinnis take up the mantle. |

Concentrate on acting skill first and looks second. Lesser known theatre actors are almost always big hits because it’s about the craft with them. Reeves, Jackman, Fassbender, Hiddleston, even Cumberbatch and Ruffalo have stated they are theatre guys first and foremost. Here is my guy, this is Ramin Karimloo:  He’s one of the best theatre actors on earth, and only just turned 40 but he looks much younger. He is a chameleon, basically has unlimited range. Here he is as a badass Jean Valjean, almost looks like a different guy:   And then as Bruce himself:   |

Joe Manganiello. I know he's already supposed to be Deathstroke but it doesn't seem like DC has any plans of using the character anyway. Just make him Batman.

Armie Hammer is my number one choice if not Jake Gylenhaal even tho he is Mysterio thats likely only for one film. He does seem like a solid choice. I feel like studios are scared to attach his name to an action film though since The Lone Ranger and The Man From UNCLE didn't do well at all. |
