I've been to both twice each, but that was over 20 years ago. Both have interesting things to see. If you don't speak French, you can still get by, but London might be a bit easier. I can speak a little French snd I loved Paris. I think I prefer London, though. I suppose it depends on your interests.

I wouldn't go without others. If the others are fun, I will go anywhere they want to go.

Been to both. They are filled with interesting sites. A must visit in London is Westminster Abbey Cathedral and in Paris, of course the Lourve...

IF you don't speak French PERFECTLY, the typical Parisian will correct your pronunciation instead of answering your question which you TRIED to ask in their language ! They will also pretend to not understand OR speak English.
Go to LONDON !

London is a fantastic city but come on, Paris is on a different level. Yeah .. lower !
Seriously … it depends on what one is interested in and one's abilities to get around in a new and totally different environment. I travelled quite a bit in the UK and would go back there in a heartbeat. I went to Paris because Paris would not come to me. Saw what I wanted to see in one trip and would never go back there. I know that some would have the same reaction to the two cities in reverse !

I am trying to decide right now where to go. go to both. once u r in europe its really easy and cheap to hop around. especially between london and paris. no reason no to go to both on one trip. its like extra 150 usd and 2 hours. thats all.

I've technically visited London if you count a layover. But Paris for me.
