hello
I'm looking for a movie or an episode of a t.v. show in witch the story line contains a group of students or teenagers and a teacher or some other father figure, that they relay on him for guidance.
and by the end of the movie or the episode it turns out that person is using them for his own criminal purpose.

demoneyes Hi and welcome to the board. Do you have any more detail for us to work with When did you see this movie /tv ? Was it new when you saw it ? Was it in Black and white or in color ? Do you remember any more detail about the teens or the adult ? do you remember the nefarious criminal purpose ?

I think we need more information.... the original ? is really vague and would fit many movies and shows. You might well be right here's more on the synopsis …. Goren and Eames have a hard time tracking down leads as the wife/mother isn't talking, obviously too scared of someone. Nobody in the Hispanic neighborhood, from the kid's friends to adults, are talking, either.
It looks like someone named "Jo-Jo" has some spell over the neighborhood kids. It also appears he's using the kids to steal $15,000 bicycles all over the city. What's the hold he has on these kids and the rest of the neighborhood and how can he be proved guilty?
Paul Calderon gives a creepy performance as "Jo-Jo." This was another solid show and should be a warning to parents to keep a closer eye on their kids. |

demoneyes What a coincidence that that particular L&O:CI episode is on tonight ! it's not "on tonight".. i just finished watching it on the web it's 90% compatible to what i'm looking for... it just lacks the "twist" at the end... they are not hiding that jo-jo is the "bad guy" |

I saw it listed on some channel or other when I was looking up the episode .. actually I think it was going to be shown on the 15th.
The lack of a twist didn't seem to me to fit either.
Anyway .. good luck with the quest !
