Here is what I remember about it. It is from the early 1980's. Spider-man I believe is fighting the Hulk. The Hulk might have been brainwashed. Not sure. Robbie Robertson has a major role in the issue. There is some kind of group of bad guys. Aliens maybe. They all look like clones of each other. After spider-man fights the hulk these bad guys knock spider-man out. I believe Robbie also gets knocked out too by the same group. I read this when I was a child and would love to track down the comic. If anyone knows the name, I would be very appreciative. Thanks.
