That's why no ScarJo even though she's the most famous MCU actress, has a ton of screen time, and you know that most people think she's attractive and that your opinion that she isn't is the outlier? There are 128 slots so not every actress can make the cut. I chose the 128 hottest actresses from superhero movies and TV shows. I also don't factor in screen time so a less attractive actress with more screen time doesn't automatically get a slot over a more attractive actress with less screen time. I chose the 128 hottest actresses from superhero movies and TV shows regardless of whether they're MCU or Marvel or DC or non-DC, non-Marvel. I realize that many Smallville fans aren't happy with my selections. Back when Smallville was on the air, there were many users on the Smallville message board on IMDb who kept saying that Erica Durance was hot but I always said that Erica Durance was over-rated and not hot. So I'm sure many of those fans aren't happy with my selections. You just know off-hand that Brianna Brown was in 1 episode of Smallville 15 years ago? Yes, because I watched that episode and Brianna Brown was hot in that episode. You just know off-hand that Jill Flint played 'receptionist' in The Amazing Spider-Man? Yes, I had seen Jill Flint on TV before that movie so I remembered seeing her in that movie. You just know off-hand that Amber McDonald (WHo??) was in the unaired Aquaman pilot from 13 years ago? Yes, Amber McDonald was also in an episode of Smallville before that unaired Aquaman pilot. That Aquaman pilot was made 13 years ago but was never aired on TV. I saw the pilot just a few years ago when someone posted it on YouTube and I remember Amber McDonald in the pilot.

Interesting, I do like me some hotties. 1. Amy Jackson (Supergirl TV series) vs Kate Bosworth (Superman Returns) 2. Anne Hathaway (The Dark Knight Rises) vs Lucy Lawless (No Ordinary Family TV series) 3. Gina Carano (Deadpool) vs Lori Loughlin (Birds of Prey TV series) 4. Amber McDonald (Aquaman unaired pilot) vs Becky G (Power Rangers) 5. Maggie Geha (Gotham TV series) vs Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Sky High and Birds of Prey) 6. Danielle Panabaker (Sky High and The Flash (2014) TV series) vs Amber Rose Revah (The Punisher TV series) 7. Alana De La Garza (Smallville TV series) vs Ashley Scott (Birds of Prey TV series) 8. I simply don't have an answer for number 16. Kay Panabaker looked like 14 in No Ordinary Family and I've never found Adrienne Barbeau to be attractive.

This is the 1st year that I've done this tournament. And not every actress can be included. I chose 128 because that's a power of 2 so that makes the brackets simpler. If I had gone with 12 (like NFL playoff teams) or 68 (like NCAA Tournament teams), then we get into byes and messy brackets. I'm not talking about tournaments only, I'm talking about all the times you pretend to be straight and list attractive comic book movie/show actresses and make a point to exclude ScarJo then argue with anyone who says 'you should have ScarJo she's hot'...
ohhh only 128 will fit...you list a bunch of nobodies who have been in like 2 episodes of a CW show or 1 scene in a movie credited as an unnamed character that are fairly but not exceptionally attractive and then act like 'welp not enough room for an original Avenger that has been named Sexiest Woman Alive multiple times!' Do you ever get tired of being you?
and where is Nicole Maines you transphobic piece of crap?
Really? He does that? Thats hilariously sad

But Jessica Jones is terrible?
and you remember these unknown actresses from unaired pilots with no headshot on IMDB and think they're more relevant to a 'who is hottest' tournament but not an A-Lister consistently rated one of the sexiest women alive...
Who do you do this tournament for? Is it supposed to be a fun community thing everyone can enjoy? Is it just a troll post? Is it just a way for you to validate some of your opinions you know are not common?
What about Natalie Alyn Lind? Nothing to say about how you, an old man, lusted after a 16 year old in Gotham? Sick.

Yet one has to wonder why you didn't include (in any of the brackets) the more well known MCU actresses like: Scarlet Johansson Elizabeth Olsen Emily VanCamp Zoe Saldana Chloe Bennet Hayley Atwell Natalie Portman Gwyneth Paltrow Can you explain why you didn't include them? Yes, I'll explain it to you. Contrary to what Brie Larson thinks, there are a limited number of slots so INcluding the ones you listed above means EXcluding some who are in this tournament. There are 128 slots and I chose the 128 hottest actresses from superhero movies and TV shows. I don't use any quotas (i.e. I don't require X number of actresses from MCU, Y number of actresses from DC, and so forth). Just the 128 hottest actresses from superhero movies and TV shows. Are you saying that I should EXclude someone from this tournament just to INclude a less attractive actress similar to the way Brie Larson wants to EXclude white interviewers just to INclude more non-white interviewers who may not be as experienced or qualified? So you admit that you specifically excluded majority of the main MCU female characters and replaced them with almost unheard of female characters from obscure TV shows on the excuse that they weren't beautiful enough to make the cut? I'm sorry, but that's such a big pile of bullshit that I can smell it all the way through my wifi connection. You really expect us to believe that women like Emily VanCamp, Scarlet Johansson and Natalie Portman are too ugly to be included in a beauty contest that contains women like Olivia Holt, Anna Paquin and Sophie Turner? Don't even try to justify it. We know you're discriminating against the MCU ladies. I don't know why you even bothered posting this on the MCU board. Hey Hauntedknight87 and scabab , maybe we should just move these threads? They have very little to do with the MCU anyway.

You watched Inhumans? and Cloak and Dagger? Yes, I've watched every episode of Inhumans and Cloak & Dagger. But Jessica Jones is terrible? Yes, Jessica Jones is really crappy and boring. Watching paint dry is more interesting than watching Jessica Jones. Who do you do this tournament for? Is it supposed to be a fun community thing everyone can enjoy? This tournament is open to everyone on the IMDb V2 forums. So any registered user can cast their vote. They don't need to be a regular on the MCU, DECU, or X-Men boards. No, I'm not a troll and I don't write troll posts. What about Natalie Alyn Lind? If you look at the thread for the X-Men bracket, you can see that Natalie Alyn Lind is listed only for The Gifted TV series. It's similar to Teri Hatcher and Laura Vandervoort. Teri Hatcher and Laura Vandervoort have been in the Smallville TV series and the Supergirl TV series, but I've only listed them for the Smallville TV series. Also similar to Lynda Carter. Lynda Carter has been in the Wonder Woman TV series and the Supergirl TV series, but I've only listed her for the Wonder Woman TV series. Also similar to Helen Slater. Helen Slater has been in the Supergirl movie and the Supergirl TV series, but I've only listed her for the Supergirl movie. Also similar to Annette O'Toole. Annette O'Toole has been in Superman III, the Smallville TV series, and The Punisher TV series, but I've only listed her for Superman III. Also similar to Julie Benz. Julie Benz has been in the No Ordinary Family TV series and Punisher: War Zone, but I've only listed her for the No Ordinary Family TV series. Also similar to Nicole Kidman. Nicole Kidman has been in Batman Forever and Aquaman, but I've only listed her for Batman Forever.

Wow you watched every episode of Inhumans with an 11% on Rt - which even I, an 'MCU fanboy,' had a hard time getting through - but the widely acclaimed Jessica Jones you barely finished one episode? Sad. Kilgrave was awesome. How many people have you heard praise...was it Maximus? I like Iwan Rheon but bleh ...so much wasted potential.
You don't seem to have understood my questions at all. WHY did you make this tournament? Did you make it for you or for everyone? Did you consider your opinions only or did you consider what you to be majority opinion OK obviously you didn't do that because you know most people think ScarJo is very hot. If someone without a bias made it, they would have included the bigger, more popular actresses from comic stuff. Do you think anyone else here would have made a tournament like this, excluded ScarJo, but included Amber fucking McDonald?
I wasn't questioning Lind's credentials...I'm pointing out how sick it is for you - and old old old man - to lust after a 16 year old girl. You criticize James Gunn for making some jokes for shock value, but you had lust in your heart for an underage girl one quarter your age.
"you can see that Natalie Alyn Lind is listed only for The Gifted TV series." You originally listed her for Gotham then edited it. It now says you edited it 7 hours ago and I first pointed out how sick you are 7 hours ago. I know you never acknowledge your edits though and will even go so far as to accuse people of photoshopping proof of your posts pre-edit.

you specifically excluded majority of the main MCU female characters and replaced them with almost unheard of female characters from obscure TV shows on the excuse that they weren't beautiful enough to make the cut? No, this isn't about EXclusion. That's why I don't EXclude actresses based on screen time or how big a role they had in the movie or TV show. I chose the 128 hottest actresses in superhero movies and TV shows. You really expect us to believe that women like Emily VanCamp, Scarlet Johansson and Natalie Portman are too ugly to be included in a beauty contest that contains women like Olivia Holt, Anna Paquin and Sophie Turner? 1st, if I were assigning seeds, I would assign a top seed to Olivia Holt. She's definitely 1 of my top 4 hottest actresses in superhero movies and TV shows. 2nd, like the NCAA Basketball Tournament (where every year after the selection committee announces the brackets, analysts and fans debate whether or not some schools on the bubble shouldn't gotten in), there's always going to be people who aren't 100% satisfied with the brackets. Like I said, I'm sure there are many Smallville fans who aren't 100% satisfied with the brackets. Back when Smallville was on the air, there were many users on the Smallville message board on IMDb who said that Erica Durance was hot. But I always said Erica Durance was overrated and isn't hot. We know you're discriminating against the MCU ladies. I'm not discriminating against any group. Like I said, there are 22 actresses from MCU movies and TV shows in this tournament. maybe we should just move these threads? They have very little to do with the MCU anyway. And a greatest superhero movie tournament has very little to do with MCU also. The winner of that tournament, as expected, was The Dark Knight.

you watched every episode of Inhumans with an 11% on Rt - which even I, an 'MCU fanboy,' had a hard time getting through - but the widely acclaimed Jessica Jones you barely finished one episode? 1st, the RT score doesn't mean shit as it's already been proven many times that RT is unreliable. 2nd, Inhumans is better than Jessica Jones. Jessica was really boring and crappy and just unwatchable. Sad. Kilgrave was awesome. How many people have you heard praise...was it Maximus? I like Iwan Rheon but bleh ...so much wasted potential. WHY did you make this tournament? Because recently there was a tournament on this message board to determine the greatest CBM ever, which The Dark Knight won as expected. Then there was a tournament on this message board to determine the worst CBM ever, which Fantastic Four (2015) won. So this is just another tournament related to superhero movies and TV shows. Also, many MCU fans here have complained many times that my threads are always anti-MCU. So this tournament isn't anti-MCU or anti-Marvel or anti-DC or anti-anything. This tournament is a neutral thread and actresses from MCU, other Marvel (such as Ghost Rider and Morbius), DC, and even non-DC, non-Marvel (such as Max Steel, Power Rangers, and Sky High) are in this tournament. I get that MCU Dictator Kevin Feige wants a monopoly on all CBM movies so some MCU fans want this tournament to basically be a monopoly of MCU actresses. But I chose the 128 hottest actresses from superhero movies and TV shows regardless of whether they were MCU, other Marvel (such as Ghost Rider and Morbius), DC, or non-DC, non-Marvel (such as Max Steel, Power Rangers, and Sky High). I wasn't questioning Lind's credentials...I'm pointing out how sick it is for you - and old old old man - to lust after a 16 year old girl. Like I said, if you look at the thread for the X-Men bracket, you can see that Natalie Alyn Lind is listed only for The Gifted TV series. She may play a high school student in The Gifted (and IMDb doesn't list her birthdate), but she looks to be about 20 years old. I don't know what age is considered to be adult where you live, but here in the US, 18 is considered to be adult. But the question that should be asked is, why are you trying to hijack this thread and turn it into a MCU vs DC thread? This isn't an MCU vs DC thread. This is a neutral thread and actresses from MCU, other Marvel (such as Ghost Rider and Morbius), DC, and even non-DC, non-Marvel (such as Max Steel, Power Rangers, and Sky High) are in this tournament.

Yep, you specifically excluded the most prominent MCU female characters. Just goes to prove how biased you are. Don't bother denying it, none of us are fooled. Anyway, good luck on your tournament, don't know if many people will participate in what is clearly a very biased competition. Maybe I'll vote once the brackets get smaller. At the moment, it's too much work to research all the obscure actresses you've listed.

1st, the RT score doesn't mean shit as it's already been proven many times that RT is unreliable. Metacritic; Inhumans has a Metascore of 27 and a user score of 3.9 where as Jessica Jones has a Metascore of 81 and a user score of 8.1 On IMDB but I'm sure they're unreliable too...
JJ Won 1 Primetime Emmy. Another 7 wins & 19 nominations. Inhumans nothing.
JJ is considered better by every metric...far better.
recently there was a tournament on this message board to determine the greatest CBM ever, which The Dark Knight won as expected. Then there was a tournament on this message board to determine the worst CBM ever, which Fantastic Four (2015) won. So this is just another tournament related to superhero movies and TV shows. This bracket controversy is kind of funny. Like we trip out over people making a big deal about Brie Larson's comments but here some people are overreacting to DC-Fan's choice of actresses for an online tournament. And what's even funnier is that DC-Fan is actually doing what Brie Larson was setting out to do. He's trying to include less prominent actresses that we don't normally talk about that don't normally get the opportunity or even the thought to appear in these kinds of polls. You are all basically pissed off that DC-Fan is trying to be more inclusive.
We're outraged that DC-Fan is pulling a Brie Larson. Just think about that guys.

I think people tend to boycott anything DC-Fan does as a natural reaction. I doubt there would be any outrage if anyone else did it, but DC-Fan tends to rub people the wrong way and a lot of people have an axe to grind.

I totally get that and understand it well. There are certain individuals who have a knack for turning any thread here into an anti-MCU thread. I see how that's annoying and why I often find myself on WeirdRaptor's forum so I can just be a fan and talk about all the things I love about the MCU without being belittled about my fandom.
But the irony here is so obvious. This tournament directly parallels everything about the Brie Larson situation but to such a lesser extent that the outrage over it is absolutely silly. The idea that people here question the outrage over Brie Larson's comments, someone who also seems to rub certain people the wrong way, yet they have a similar outrage over a silly forum tournament. People have an axe to grind with DC-Fan.. much how people have an axe to grind with the MCU or feminists so they, undeservedly so, try to bring down or boycott anything related to it!
I fully support Brie Larson and what she set out to do. But even you have to see the outrageous similarities between this tournament and Larson's comments and how hilarious it is to boycott it.

I think you're making a bigger deal about Brie Larson then needs to be. No one is being hypocritical because they like her more then they do DC-Fan. How you act and treat people goes a long way and if you act like a horse's ass you will be treated in kind.

1st, this tournament isn't like what Brie Larson wants. Brie Larson wants racial quotas so Brie Larson wants to select people based solely on their race, which sounds pretty racist. In this tournament, I'm not using any quotas. I selected the 128 hottest actresses from superhero movies and TV shows, regardless of whether they were in MCU or DC or other Marvel (such as Ghost Rider) or even non-DC, non-Marvel (such as Max Steel, Power Rangers, and Sky High). 2nd, this isn't an anti-MCU thread. This thread was just a simple tournament thread, similar to the recent tournament threads on Best Superhero Movie (won by The Dark Knight) and Worst Superhero Movie (won by Fantastic Four (2015)). But it's a few MCU fans who once again hijacked the thread and turned it into an MCU vs DC thread like they often do.
