Bad: snack chips (potato chips, nachos, etc.)
Good: Lean beef, vegetables (zucchini and yellow squash) sautéed in olive oil, lots of root vegetables, wheat germ oil, Bhakti chai.

Bad: Fritos Chili flavored chips or Harvest Cheddar Sunchips, Coke Classic
Good: Roasted fresh vegetables (i.e. yellow & orange peppers, zucchini . mushrooms, sweet onions. Water

Good: Steamed veggies, fish/shellfish, oatmeal, legumes

Bad: Pizza and potato chips (of all sorts).
Good: Protein smoothies, grilled veggies, almonds, pussy, raw veggies w/ homemade hummus for a daily snack.

Bad: chips and fast food (mainly Taco Bell, my ultimate guilty pleasure food).
Food: considering I'm on a diet, I'm eating lots of supposedly good stuff. Chicken, steak, broccoli, sardines, Greek yogurt with blueberries, green tea, grapefruit, eggs, peanut butter.
