You brought it up so explain. Or are you throwing out random words? And you responded,Nothing to explain when its clear and shown to us. If thats not the case do explain What makes him a cliche? "Because he is" is not an explanation. That's just you throwing out words with nothing behind it.

In the comic it was Wasp. Well she suggested the name and Ant-Man and then rest thought it was a good name I actually like the name being a nod to Carol. So what was Carol Danvers getting vengeance or revenge for? Too many white men in the Air Force?

In the film, Fury takes inspiration from Carol's call sign to name his project the Avenger Initiative. Why was her call sign Avenger? What was she getting vengeance or revenge for? No, can't blame Edgar Wright for that. The blame is on Kevin Feige. 1st, Feige refused to give Edgar Wright the creative freedom to make a better movie. 2nd, MCU is supposed to be a "shared universe" so how the fuck is it Edgar Wright's fault that MCU Dictator Kevin Feige can't figure out how to share a character between movies? Sounds like a really lame "shared universe". Actually you can and should blame Edgar Wright for that, they had faith in his vision of the movie at the time and allowed him the right to keep the character's debut in his own movie, as time went on and the MCU had more movies Wright's vision of the project no longer gelled with the overall tone, style, and narrative of the larger MCU so he had to be replaced. It's called business. By the time production began for Ant-Man, the MCU blossomed into a "go out and see it now" franchise. Feige had a structure, and Edgar Wright's Ant-Man no longer matched the structure, so it had to be rewritten to fit the structure.

Most AF pilots get their call sign as a result of significant mistakes they've made during training. Maybe she failed to avenge someone...

Why are you so pre-occupied with the "unexplained" in MCU films, yet never properly address worse crimes in DCEU films. Magic Boat? Sahara Ocean? Why Aquaman stole Namor's origin story?

Wolfman! Why is he called Wolfman! He's not half man half wolf!

In the comic it was Wasp. Well she suggested the name and Ant-Man and then rest thought it was a good name It took the Hulk all of one issue to quit the team. They've changed so much for the movies I hardly think this matters. It wouldn't have made any sense for it to be Jan at this point. I actually like the name being a nod to Carol. Hank and Janet were superhero SHEILD agents. They could have said that the duo called themselves the “Avengers“ which Janet came up with. When Fury became director of SHEILD he found out about them and decided to name SHEILD’s new superhero team after the old one. Hence his line to Tony in Iron Man “You think you’re the only superhero?”.

I wish her and Hank fought alongside the Avengers,Hank is an interesting character shame hes been reduced to a cliche mentor role Hey you never explained why Darcy is the best female character in the MCU or why RDJ and Chris Pratt are "very bad actors"...Trolling or serious? Either way no excuse for being shy of detail... I don’t know why anybody would think two time Academy Award nominee RDJ would be a bad actor, but I have to admit, Chris Pratt is rather unconvincing when it comes to the more dramatic moments. He reminds me a lot of Paul Walker (RIP), not a good actor, but just extremely likeable so it doesn’t really matter.

I'm not saying Pratt is one of the best actors in the world, but claiming he's one of the worst around, as nexus often does, is pretty ridiculous and eye brow raising. He's certainly charismatic and likeable enough to carry a movie and fit the characters he plays and does what's to be expected in them, comparisons to Bruce Willis and Brendan Fraser are not unreasonable, some called him the next Harrison Ford but I'd say he's more in tune with Willis and Fraser in my opinion. Like them he definitely has a knack for comedy and action/adventure drama he can pull off but will usually be associated the former or the latter. Not trying to come across as a fanboy or whatever but I think Paul Walker was a better actor than he was given credit for, most movies and shows he appeared in I feel he contributed something to them instead of being "just there".

Well maybe the worst around when compared to other huge stars such as himself. I think Paul Walker is the best comparison. Paul Walker is so incredibly awesome in his films but not really the best actor. I don't know about Bruce Willis being a good comparison. Brendan Fraser seems about right though. Honestly if Star-Lord had been cast in the early 2000s I could see him being played by Walker... or Seann William Scott. Nothing wrong with being a Paul Walker fan. I personally love his films. I just watched Brick Mansions the other day and it was pretty badass. I think his most well acted film is Running Scared with Vera Farmiga.

Who cares? The movies have turned out great just the way they are. All the armchair writer/directors on this board are quite funny.

I appreciate that you're being totally fair to both sides in this discussion, however I would encourage to not be too detailed in response as nexus is pretty lazy and will either copy and paste what you've said here or somewhere else in their own way or try to use your words to substitute his own, we regulars on the popular franchises have been waiting to see if he can actually back up his claims properly or not.

Ohhh okay. I totally understand. I will tread lightly. But for real... Paul Walker is the man. Joy Ride is my jam. And Chris Pratt was the BOMB on Parks and Rec. And a kickass cowboy in Magnificent Seven.
