Take over a football club for £49, brah. No, really!

Name of god, you couldn't make this up. For just £49 I get to have my say in a football club. And what I say goes. This is what I can do :
*Make new signings
*Hire and fire staff
*Negotiate contracts
*Select the squad
*Manage staff
*Set admission fees
*Have full financial control
*Plan training sessions
*Get physio and scouting reports
*Make every decision
...and more. It's clearly set out in OWNAFC's brochure.
My only problem is which club to give my 49 sovs to...How about Man City, I never did like Gladioli, he can go. Or maybe Liverpool, where I'll instruct Klopp never to play Milner and Henderson together ever again. If I went with Chelsea I could set ticket prices 50% lower than they are now so that all fans could afford to go; I could negotiate Hazard's contract as well - no one else seems to be. Or how about Tottenham? I'll send scouts out to Italy, Spain and Germany to find a back-up to Kane. Then I could...Are you serious??? Really??? Just what did these people think they were getting for their lousy 49 bucks?
Yes, it's a scam, it's a patently transparent scam that a four year old shouldn't misread. You get a game, a fantasy game, if you like, but you don't get to run an actual real-life football club. I give up.
