I know it will rank in millions at the box office and Mr Diesel will be laughing all the way to the bank. But let's face it's just a milking franchise. The previous movie had almost no plot and had action sequences that lasted for 15 min each. I hope this has more substance in terms of story.

I hope this has more substance in terms of story. Not likely at all. I just saw The Return of Xander Cage and am still wishing I hadn't!

Good luck since we know the main conflict (Dom's alliance with Cypher) is resolved, thanks to the trailers.

They should have ended the series with the 7th.

I know they are dumb as heck, but I am to blame. I usually go see them just for the fun of it.

If the theatre halls stayed empty when these flicks released, they would stop making them.

I've really a few of these, but the trailers aren't doing much for me. Amongst the cars and explosions they seem to e selling it as a story about "family"....bullshit, I want to see preposterous action, and, a very salebale aspect they only briefly touch on in the trailers, Statham & The Rock teaming up. Couldn't care less about Diesel's character to be honest.

They go way overboard on those. That one with the car flying out of the building and into another building and then into another was absurd.

I like the franchise. I've enjoyed each installment despite how over the top they are. I've never seen one in the cinema though.

They're over the top and know they are. so that's a plus, I enjoy watching them. When John Wick tries to take itself seriously I walk out of the theater after an hour

The rocks just staying to take the piss out of vin's moobs, must be a bit shit trying to be the big man with the rock around! At least statham can do his Kung pow chicken moves. Diesel needs to stick to groot or chinderella.
