Sort of. I was driving on the passing lane of a two-lane highway. On the right lane there was a bus, going at about the speed limit. This car comes up right behind me and starts flashing his lights, wanting me to get out of the way. I can’t move to the right because the bus is there. I could speed up, but I was already above the speed limit. Since I hate being tailgated, I decide to take my sweet time to finish overtaking the bus. I can see that the asshole behind me is furious, honking and flashing his lights. That only makes me even more determined to slow him down.
As soon as I clear the bus, I move over to the right lane. The asshole gets level with me and looks at me with an angry expression. I give him the finger. He accelerates, then moves to the right, in front of me, and slams his brakes. I have to slam my brakes. The bus behind me has to swerve to the shoulder to avoid hitting me.
It could easily have been a very serious crash if the bus had hit me. I learned my lesson – never provoke anyone in traffic. Assholes will be assholes.

Recently yes...a few months back a guy tried fighting me because he thought i cut him off in a parking lot. It was 5 am and we were both parking across from the job site we were working at and i didn't really want to get kicked off the job and potentially laid off because of it so i refused to throw blows. He shoved me a few times but when i didn't swing he backed off and we just called each other names for a few minutes.
Sometimes i think back on it and wish i wouldve just clocked him but it really probably wasn't worth it. I heard later from a friend of his that hes a bit of a degenerate gambler and in the midst of a divorce so i chalked up his anger to that.

Many years ago, I was driving through a 25 MPH school zone, doing 25 MPH... when a pickup trump started tailgating me, wanting me to go faster... I did NOT go faster. Since the road was one lane in each direction, he could not pass me... A short distance later, there was a traffic light at a sideways "T+" intersection and I had to stop...
To be clear, The intersection was sideways "T" intersection for through traffic, but there was a residential development at the top of the "T"... The bottom part of the "T" was to my left, and the residential development was to my Right...
Anyway, as I said, I came to a stop, and waited for the light to turn green, so that I could go through the intersection to the other side...
But, the driver of the truck, apparently was in an extreme hurry, and wanted nothing else, but to pass me, anyway that he could... The S.O.B. was going to try to pass me, by using the "right turn only" lane to pass me on the right, and then pull back in front of me... He stopped in the "right turn only" lane, and waited for the light to turn green.
I suspected that the truck was up to something, and was NOT going to turn right, and I didn't like the way this guy was driving, and so... When the light turned green, I floored it!
And just as I suspected, SO DID HE!... But, because I floored it, HIS PLAN FAILED, and he had to pull back in behind me!... I could see him in my rear view mirror, and that my actions made him mad, because he was banging on his steering wheel!
Eventually down the road we departed ways... And when I think back about what happened, I am thankful that nothing further happened, between us.
But, I don't feel bad, that the S.O.B. got some of what he deserved for trying to speed through a 25 MPH school zone, and trying to pass me illegally!

As a driver? No.
As a passenger? About once a week when I was a kid and my dad was driving. Get the cellphones we have now and send them back 30-35 years ago and you would have my dad's "highlights" all over the social medias.
6'2", 230lbs (not all but mostly muscle) he was a big and intimidating man back then. Add a "short fuse" and you get the idea. Screaming, yelling, jumping on the horn, getting out of the car, grabbing and shaking the other guy, getting the wheel spanner and breaking windows, lights, hitting the the hood, roof, doors, getting the keys over the car, pushing (nearly ramming) other cars in their lanes. Maybe not all that every time but I saw all that first hand.
All that in front of my mom, my brothers and I. Back then my brothers and I were too young to really do something, my mother was too scared and he didn't care if we saw him, he always said and thought he was justified. Come to think of it, it's only in recent years that the cars he had went to the Scrap yard because they were too old and not because he had a "collision".
Those weren't exactly fun times.
One fun incident was with his sister, my aunt, who is more patient but she has some character too. I remember spending the weekend at her place when I was 6-7 years old. So we went out to the activity she had planned (I can't remember what exactly) and you know a guy cut her in the lane, she hit the horn, the guy brakes more in her face. Small chase then after a while the guy decide to have a "talk" so wee see the flasher and he goes for the shoulder. My aunt stops but she's not sure about what to do since my uncle isn't there. He thought he would probably intimidate my aunt and that would be it so he comes out of his vehicle first. Big mistake. He's about 5'5" with an average build. Once my aunt saw he didn't seem to bring any weapon (baseball bat, knife or whatever that could be seen) she went out too. Thing is, she's 5'11", with an average build too but she's boiling. I still see the guy's face. He really thought he would impress and probably intimidate the "little lady". I couldn't hear them but he was the one with the back against his car and he seemed to have listened more than talk. My aunt came back, said a few words about that guy being a prick and we drove off and that was it.

In 1988 I was on the road which runs alongside the National Mall in Wash. DC headed towards the capitol building. There were cars parked on the left side of the road. One of them started to pull out and I blew the horn to let him know he was gonna hit me. So I passed by and they pulled out behind me. I stopped at the next light. They got into the left turn lane and as they started turning, the passenger rolled down his window and stuck his tongue out at me. I just flipped him off and proceeded forward.
A few seconds later I noticed they had not turned and were now behind me. They sped past until they were in front of me and then they stopped. The two guys got out and started walking towards me. The strange thing was the driver flipped open a small notebook like a cop opening his ticket book, but I strongly doubted they were cops. I have no idea what they planned to do, but I had three elderly people with me and if possible I wasn't gonna allow the two guys to get near my car. I glanced in the rear-view mirror and, miraculously, there was no one behind me all the way back to the stoplight. So I backed up about 50 yards to the intersection faster than they could chase me. Once in the intersection I turned left which was the way they were originally headed. Then the cars at the intersection filled in the void thus preventing the guys from performing the same maneuver.
For a moment I felt like James Bond, but I just knew a cop was gonna get me for pulling that stunt. But I got away with it. I've never done anything like that before or since. The thing about DC is you really gotta be careful because there are lots of people there with diplomatic immunity. They could mess your car up and/or harm you and they'll fly home tomorrow without consequences.
So after the L.A. freeway shootings around 1990, it seemed more people were carrying guns while driving and I started rethinking my actions. I no longer bait people by yelling or flipping them off. I use my horn for a warning and not for revenge. I try to remember it's not my place to dispense highway justice even though it's a strong temptation. I agree with Ser Jep on this. In hindsight, it's just not worth it to endanger your life or car because someone behaved badly.

Yes, years ago when I was still commuting 45 miles each way to work through rush hour traffic. I was on a four-lane highway, in the right lane behind a pickup truck who was going fairly slow, so I shifted into the passing lane (left lane) to pass him. In that moment, he got pissed, accelerated and literally forced me off the road into the median. I have no idea what set him off. Fortunately, I swerved in time before impact, and sat there in the median, unharmed but really shaken. I went on to work - HAD to BE ON TIME - and about an hour later, had a panic attack, couldn't breathe, and they called 911. I went to the ER, was sedated, and released a few hours later. Maybe he didn't like my bumper stickers. Too bad I didn't have the one that says, "Keep honking - I'm reloading". Maybe it was the one that said, "Save the planet - kill yourself".

It's not road rage if there isn't a witness left alive. Yup, just leave their bodies in the woods by the highway and let nature do its thing.

Close to one Walmart parking lot exit. Waiting to turn right. Car come along with signal that they are about to turn into Walmart. I start to make my right turn. BUT THEY proceed to travel with NO TURN. I speed up rather than slamming on brakes since I am now 1/2 way into lane and get into lane safely. THEY SPEED UP, passenger gives me classic one finger salute and they get in front of me with cut off move. At this point I see that there is no one directly behind me so I stop …. in the lane and wait to see what will happen. They laugh like the fools that they are … do some more saluting …. and then go their merry way.
I now wait until there is NO traffic coming when making a turn and take no turn signals on face value. The end.

I was at an intersection and some guy on a bicycle was taking up the whole right lane so I couldn't turn. I was actually following someone and needed to get going before I lost them, so I went around the bicycle and turned just as the cars on the left started to cross. One car pulled up alongside me with three guys in it hurling insults at me. I flipped them off and that pissed them off more. They started demanding I pull over and fight them and I'm just like "there's three of you!" Eventually they sped off.

Yeah, kinda.
Taking the interstate home from work one day traveling in the right lane, there was an accident and pretty much everyone on the highway came to a halt. Some guy with a passenger tried to merge in front of me, but I couldn't let him through because the person behind me decided to ride my bumper and lay on the horn. In order to avoid them rear-ending my car and causing a scene, I kept pulling forward.
Once traffic started flowing again, the guy that tried to merge got into the middle lane, and the passenger threw a pebble at my car, lol.

I guess the most memorable was when an Audi didn't plan ahead to merge in the 100 miles of space I afford others, yet I'm not much into rewarding selfish ppl who merge at the last moment causing gridlock. Audi was behind me 2-3 cars & began driving on the shoulder of the highway on-ramp to get beside & in front of me, praying that I'd make contact. Started hard breaking & cutting me off, all the while no longer even in a lane, basically driving on dirt & grass to be a selfish clownstick in hopes I'd run into him. Needless to say I all but stopped, wondering if the line of traffic behind me was enjoying the show as I had to stop all of them also. Times like that when I wonder if someone will be crazy enough to really tail me, I know where most all local police stations are located - I'd probably love nothing more than cruise on over & park, see if they want to participate with their road rage in a police parking lot.
