No, it's a rejection of a belief. Do you also think not believing in leprechauns is a "belief"? A quick qoogle search: “disbelief or lack of belief in the existence of God or gods.” Not believing in leprechauns is a disbelief and disbelieve is still a belief. “disbelief or lack of belief in the existence of God or gods.” Which is essentially what I already said. "Disbelief" isn't a belief, it's literally the complete opposite. I can't believe I'm seriously having to explain this to you. "Not believing in leprechauns is a disbelief and disbelieve is still a belief." Do you believe being unemployed is a "job"? That's level of absurdity you're arguing.

Already explained, rejection of a claim. Saying atheism is a "claim" is about as silly as saying being unemployed is a job. Ok. Due to your rejection of the claim that God exists, you obviously live your life as if God doesn’t exist correct? I'm not sure what that even means. I'm not a nihilist if that's what you're getting at.

No actually it is a difficult question because you're not specifying what you actually mean by that since "atheism" isn't a belief and can incorporate any number of ideas. Ayn Rand and Stalin were both atheists, they clearly didn't have the same world views. I guess what you're really asking is do I have a materialist/naturalist/skeptical world view? Yes, but not all atheist necessarily prescribe to those ideas if that's what you're getting at.

Observation has led me to be a nihilist (reformed) That is neither proof, nor evidence that God doesn’t exist.

Atheism is the claim there is no God, right? Not very many atheists would describe this as their position. It is more that we think the probability of there being a god--any god, no matter what version a theist is offering--is so absurdly low that we just can't be bothered to believe. Many of us also think that no one in the history of religion has ever offered a concept of god that is even coherent, so that creates additional problems.

I've already answered that. Specify what you actually mean by that (materialism, skepticism, secular humanism, nihilism, etc) Interpret it anyway you like... I already did, as I've explained "atheism" in itself isn't a "worldview". Now going from religious to atheist did admittingly change my world view (materialist, naturalist, skeptic, etc) if that's what you're getting at.
