Growing up as a kid, we always seemed to hear about the day when we'd all have flying cars (ala "The Jetsons", or "Back to the Future"), which hasn't come true, but may still eventually.
One thing I'd be surprised doesn't eventually come to pass (since we've already started down that path), is that one day homes, businesses, schools and other buildings will no longer have outlets of any kind, since EVERYTHING will be wireless, with nothing having to be physically plugged into an outlet in order to function.
Okay.....not much of a 'leap' in believability. But anybody have anything better ??
