Doesn't really matter. To me it's like betting on Dog or Horse Races. It honestly doesn't mean much height, weight, distance, past stats, etc. It's just fun to try and predict an outcome.

To be specific I meant the Rotten Tomatoes Critical Percentage, Rotten Tomatoes Critical Rating, Rotten Tomatoes User Rating and IMDB Rating. Those are after all just other peoples opinions. And easily ignored whenever it does or doesn't suits ones needs.
Example: Ragnarok gets a high RT score and everyone and their mother is all like "the highest score of a CBM ever!" but SHAZAM gets just about the same score and everyones all like ".....................". So whatever.
But the box office is a fairly good indicator of popularity.

Yeah that's why I just treat it like a stat. One more thing humans try to do to bring objectivity to something subjective. The opinions themselves don't matter. It's just quantifying Critical Acclaim and Audience Acclaim. Those don't mean anything, but it's something to track. Edit: Also to the point of people taking notice. That has to do with How much money was pushed to let everyone know what Ragnarok got on RT and how much Shazam got. It's advertising. Obviously with a 80-100m budget WB/New Line only could put 40-50m into getting the word out there. Where as Thor's budget was probably double that. Shazam did put it on some posters, but that's as much as I saw. Edit 2: I don't mean Disney paid critics or RT. Once they got the high score they blasted the news out there. That takes money. Usually the bigger the production budget the bigger the advertising budget. Some estimates but Ragnarok's Production budget 50-75m more. So the studio was willing to spend more money to advertise it.

I could put your numbers in if you want, but with only competing in 4 of the 8 catagories you are going to be a long shot. Just through some numbers in, knowing everyones luck you will win

I think SHAZAM! was a way better movie than Captain Marvel, but you'd never know, it even though it got a much higher RT score.

Ant-Man
The highlited are the Ratings not the percentages. The Critics Rating is on a scale of 1-10. Do you mean you want 8.5 rating for it? The User Rating is based off of a 1-5. We aren't using the User Percentage this time. Sorry about that. It was supposed to be a little half joke about what RT has been going through. Sorry for the inconvenience. Oh no, not at all. I've never even been to Rotten Tomatoes. I avoid it like the plague, so that's just what I assumed Rotten Tomatoes ratings looked like. Even then, I was looking at critical rating and critical percentage and couldn't figure out the difference.
I also think there will be repeat viewings from people going back to catch what they missed when they went to the bathroom and now know when the bathroom breaks are. If there's one thing about the movie I would like to know before going in, it's if there's an intermission.
Also, so yeah. I guess the critics rating is 8.5 and user rating is...4.75

The top percentage works. So on a scale of 1-10 what do you think the critics will rate it On a scale of 1-5 what do you think the audience that go to RT will rate it? edit: OOPS sorry did see it
