Baldwin, quite easily.
Walken delivers his monologue impeccably but it doesn't really come off as much more than Christopher Walken relaying an amusing anecdote. I don't think his is one of the more memorable scenes in Pulp Fiction.
Baldwin, in just a few minutes, seizes hold of his film, creates a full-blooded character and his presence lingers long after he has exited the move. A very memorable performance.
