I will be making up a broth for my Maddy.

Cute. That glass is too small for kitty, the mouth of the glass should be wider. One of my cats (I now have 7) likes to drink his water from a Margarita glass - it even has a green "cactus" stem. Another kitty prefers a cappuccino mug, the rest like to drink out of those doggie bowls that look like a small toilet.

HELLO!
I want to ask your advice. I have taken in a feral alpha male tabby who was wintering on my back porch, on 02/15/19. Maddy was brought to the vet STAT for "the works". He has been living in my spare room to date. It is fully furnished with toys, my bed, a cat bed. His litter is changed daily and he is fed 2X/day, with bed time treats for his teeth. You know those GREENIES? Sadly a month ago I scruffed him bringing him to the vet as he vomited. He still runs away from me when I enter his room. He hides under my bed.
HELP?

I have 3 semi ferals that I cannot take to the vet anymore. The vet said that I should not risk getting torn up so they simply do not go to the vet. If they get sick, I'll probably be able to take them in. At least he is safe, has food and toys and living in 1 room is ok , my diabetic cat has his own "apartment" because being around the other cats stresses him (he also has nasal herpes), I visit him several times a day and he is very happy. You may be punished for a week or two but he will probably come out for you, just visit him and sit quietly. I would not give him GREENIES, so many cats and dogs have died from eating those things , they mess up the digestive system. I don't know why they are still on the market. Sorry I could not help but there is no easy solution when a cat is involved.

Right now, they're fine, she's still young but I want to keep it that way as dogs that develop teeth problems as they get older can often experience a host of other problems related to it. I try brushing her teeth but she doesn't always let me. I know some people giver their dogs denta-sticks or whatever they're called, but there is so much processed shit in those things that I don't want to avoid one problem by creating another. Thoughts? Thanks!!

Sorry, I don't know about dogs, I only had one when I was very young. My cats that I can take to the vet usually have dental done every other year. I notice a lot of dog people dropping off their dogs for teeth cleaning. If you're worried about your dog's teeth, I would take her to the vet for a cleaning, they will fill any cavities and pull any teeth that need pulling and scrape off the tartar. Good luck.

Yeah, that's what I figured, just wondered if there's anything to try. Thanks!
