A religious figure recently said "Jews are responsible for the child molestation that goes inside RCC". This is not something new & neither it is an average statement made out of spite and hatred. Its underlying meaning is very deep. This is actually the theme of antisemitism that existed in Europe for over 1000 years. Their claim is that Jews can do supernatural things to others and if anything bad happens in the Christian world then it is through the dark powers of Jews. So according to that Bishop Jews make people inside RCC do bad things by their black magic or curses. The same claims were made about victims when they were classified as witches. So if anything the very thought pattern such as the one exhibited by the Bishop of the Catholic Church is a dangerous and evil mindset. Some might even believe in such things or others try to justify such thoughts by blaming the victims instead.

Anyone can do black magic and have devilish powers. It isn't unique to Jews.

But he was cool with it 😎 In five little words you have summed up one of the great ironies of Christianity. I took three times that many to applaud your sentiments. Now five times, butt who's counting?

He nor the Romans get a pass from me. Jesus himself told Pilate it wasn't his fault, it was the Jews 😕 How does anyone seriously argue over whether it was the Jews or the Romans or the Better Business Bureau when the Bible makes clear that they're all just tools carrying out God's will? Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will." (Matt.26:39) He went away a second time and prayed, "My Father, if it is not possible for this cup to be taken away unless I drink it, may your will be done." (Matt 26:42)

I don't know how one argues such things but quite a few completely believe such things via teachings of Holy Roman Catholic Church or from gladly consuming the teachings of IRA.
