CGI in daytime requires more work to make it realistic--nighttime is cheaper.

What the hell happened with this movie? That first trailer was jaw-dropping. JAW-DROPPING. Then they released a couple of clips, and while not is good, people lost their minds at the site of so many different monsters. Early reviews, I mean the ones that came out before the Rotten Tomatoes scores, and social media buzz was all positive. Then....FLOP.

I still haven't seen it, but I'm going to try to on Friday. I still thought it looked a pretty good movie.
