Tyrion needs to run, there's no question about it. Maybe he can find a hole in the rubble. The others are faced with the eternal question of the leader turned monstrous. They didn't know when they joined, they thought they were the good guys. Now they're the villains to the rest of the world. They can run away from the monster and hope they won't be slaughtered by the rest of the world, they can keep feeding it and embrace their villainy or play nice and hope they find a way of killing it first.
It's a shame there's only one episode left. That dilemma could have carried further development. We could have had Jorah turn, for instance, instead of killing him off in battle, or Bronn join the victor and hunt Tyrion down (maybe this will happen). Davos would go for the middle way: "we need to fight but we do not need to die".
