On the Star Wars board. Starting with Episode I ending with Episode IX and then Solo and Rogue 1. It would look better to me this way.

They're in chronological order. Blame Lucas.

They're in chronological order. Blame Lucas. I can see that. It looks ugly.

Lol I didn't expect I'd be the one to set the timeline straight, but here it is my friend. In plain English, ha:
Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith Solo: A Star Wars Story Rogue One: A Star Wars Story Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi Star Wars: The Force Awakens (Episode VII) Star Wars: The Last Jedi (Episode VIII) Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (Episode IX)
That timeline sets the main story of "Solo" about a decade after the events of "Revenge of the Sith" and a decade before "Rogue One." Han, is busy becoming an expert pilot and smuggler, while Luke is wasting time as an 8-year-old youngling on Tatooine. The ending last scene of "Rogue One" is basically the first scene of "A New Hope" Why they didn't include the 'Episode 7, 8 and 9' in the title of those specific three movies is beyond me. It would've added much more unity between all 9 episodes. I hope this helps, though.

The logical solution would be to just have one Star Wars franchise board. Are there really any posters who only want to post specifically about a single Star Wars films. Seriously your Attack of the Clones threads are not going to get lost. Some of those boards haven't been posted on in months.

AOTC is the most disliked Star Wars film, people don't want to discuss. Maybe after Rise of the Skywalker, they can be condensed into
Star Wars General Film Star Wars General Television
Prequel Trilogy (1999-2005)
Original Trilogy (1977-1983)
Sequel Trilogy (2015-2019)

I guess that's a reasonable compromise.
