for those who want to download the newest Windows 10 1903 ISO file, which was just released to the public on May 21st 2019 (they delayed it this time around so as not to have a Windows 10 1809 incident which caused some major issues for some people), can get it with the above link by selecting the 'Download tool now' option which, after it downloads the official Microsoft program you open it, and it will allow you to download a ISO through there which can be used for future clean installs etc. NOTE: it's always a good idea to have a ISO around as it can be used to create bootable DVD or USB media in case your computer crashes and you ever need to reinstall Windows 10 from scratch etc.
I was waiting on this so I can clean install Win10 1903 on my Samsung SSD (which is currently empty) which I am using strictly for playing a occasional game as I don't really use Windows much anymore as I pretty much moved over to Linux even though on that occasion I need to run a program that's more Windows specific I just load up a virtual machine from within Linux and run the Windows stuff that way. but my general day-to-day use, Linux does what I need it to and it's free.
in fact, I am downloading the Win 10 ISO through a virtual machine on Linux as I type this since going to the above link on a Linux machine re-routes one to... www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO ; and while that would work, that ISO is a bit too large to fit into a DVD+RW disc which is what I plan on using even though most will be using a USB thumb drive nowadays (but I am a little old-school still ). but anyways, the ISO downloading using that Win10 'download tool now' option should have a noticeably smaller ISO file which should comfortably fit on a 4.7GB DVD+RW disc.
