And when I say "neighbor's grass", I'm specifically referring to the street-side strip of grass, and NOT their front lawns (though I do realize some areas don't have the "standard" sidewalk configuration that normally separates each homeowner's front lawn, with the smaller strip of grass between the road and sidewalk that I'm specifically referring to here).
