Forest Green Rovers have signed ex-prem player Matt Mills as a player/coach 😯
Matt could have signed for much more money elsewhere, but he is a follower of FGR and wanted to play for them... who knew.

RM would be hoping that Hazard would make the fans forget about CR7 (and Bale?) and with Modric making noises in the Press about wanting a move to Juventus, they might see Eriksen as his replacement. Ignoring his performance in the CL final (he wasn't the only Spud to disappoint), he might be ideal for them. He gives the impression of being unimpressed by any hype that goes his way and is the ideal "feeder" for goalscorers (ask Kane, Son and Moura) and can knock a few in himself. If Liverpool were looking for a midfielder who would fill that gap between the current 3 midfielders and the front 3, he would be worth thinking about. Keita was bought for that purpose but hasn't really played enough this/last season.

Mata given a new contract. That's the 5th in about a year, Jones, Smalling, Young, and someone else who I can't remember. I think this re-structuring is going great and let's have a few more renewed contracts at Old Trafford.

Hazard gone.5 year deal, £400k a week. Will get his unveiling on June 13th at the stadium. We're bollixed. No, we're really bollixed. Even in his last game v Arsenal he took over the game in the 2nd half and teammates responded. That kind of inspiration is missing now. Who you gonna call? Jorginho! Might turn out alright. Couldn't rely on Hazard forever. It's all about ten outfield players now, laying a legend to rest and taking the exams themselves not sneaking a look over at Hazard's paper.

A number of Scotch Prem clubs are trying to sign Forest Green Rovers' super striker Christian Doidge.
If he goes to Sevco or Hearts, he's dead to me.

I don’t know why they simply abandon all pretence and simply get the same skin treatment as Donald Trump and wear an all orange kit. Rangers and Jam Tarts my arse !

He is, but he can get better. Probably get his first full game in December though, the way Klopp gradually brings them in

FGR's successful goalkeeping coach Pat Mountain has moved to Bristol City.
Pat says he leaves Forest Green with a heavy heart, but an offer to coach in the Championship was too good to turn down.
