Yeah, I just ignore them. Even if it's someone u love. In my experience, the truth generally came out and they retracted. If I may pry, is this from personal experience?

No-one is innocent. If someone is accusing you of something you didn't do, perceive it as karma. So if someone accuses you of pushing into a queue after you have murdered an entire village that’s karma or does it work better the other way round?

"How can you think I could do a thing like that!"
"I was just standing my ground."

I was accused of shoplifting by the manager of a Safeway. It was very awkward. I had an appointment and they called me to come in early even though I had planned to walk somewhere else so I went to the appointment--then went for the walk-bought something at a store-then when I was coming home I went to Safeway to buy potato chips and I have a habit of loitering around the outside before I go home (it's an OCD thing). Well I was standing outside and the manager was there-looking bored-and he noticed I had a shopping bag from the other store and for some reason he said: did you buy something from Safeway and not pay for it?
And I said: no.
He asked where my bill was-and I said I put it in the garbage can outside the store.
And he said-why do you have bags from another store? And I said because I went there first...(although I was getting flustered at this point and I think I said it backwards) so he said: let's see your bill.
I then walked over to the can (as I did he said "sir" so I suspect he thought I was going to run away or something). I reached into the garbage, got the bill and showed him. And then I said I sometimes stand around outside before I go home and he said: "oh I do weird shit myself."
Now, it was lucky I found the bill because if I had not then we would have probably gone into the store and talked to the cashier. It would have been embarrassing. Later I was talking to a cashier and mentioned I had been accused of shoplifting. She couldn't believe it since I was always around there.
A few weeks later though I was at Safeway and the manager came up to me from behind and my shoulders slumped-here we go again... and instead he gave me some coupon for something-saying I was "one of their best customers." So what happened? Did he feel guilty?
Odd.

A teacher accused me of bullying another student from the day before. A handicapped student.
I was sitting at a desk in a hallway talking to this girl I knew who was in his class. He came up to me and started berating me. She thought it was weird and knew it wasn't true because if you knew me you'd just know.
The next day, when I was by myself, he came up and kindly apologized and said he believed me and that he must have made a mistake.
It just seemed like he was trying to make me look bad in front of his student. Almost like he had a crush on her or something. He was a young male teacher. Kind of reminded me of Adam Scott in Veronica Mars.
Plus if he saw someone being bullied why wouldn't he stop it? It seemed strange that if he thought I did that, he wouldn't send me to the principal. He just berated me in front of another student, then apologized later. Very odd. It's always seemed fishy to me.

Many times. The worst is when a woman accused me of being a pedophile because I had sex with a high school girl when I was in high school myself. She didn't seem to understand the definition of pedophilia on more than one level.
