Both songs have the same subject matter, but Isn't she Lovely is overbearing, and I'm gonna call it this, over-blaring and i'm not even sure that's a word. While Beautiful Boy is more subtle, and therefore way more effective as a song, in my opinion. And the other song is downright blaring, because it proclaims loudly, whatever the message of the song is.
I'm not overly fond of either song or any kind of subject matter such as this, but I think john Lennon's song is definitely way better.
Plus, Isn't she lovely has an overly usage of god as a reference to it, which I personally don't believe in. What do you think about these two songs, even though you might hate them both, which one do you hate less?

Isn't She Lovely is at least catchier.

Isn't She Lively feels overproduced to me. I find it overwhelming and off putting. Beautiful Boy I liked at first. It seemed so plain, simple and deeply felt. Now I find it cloying. I guess I've heard it too much.

I don't really hate either, but of the two I prefer Isn't She Lovely. I find it catchier. I'm also a huge Lennon fan, and I find Beautiful Boy to be kinda sad knowing what was to follow.
