IMO, there are no great X-Men movies. You're minority. Careful mate this can easily be read two ways, 1: You meant to say you're in the minority, as in his opinion is one not held by most. or 2: You meant to say you're a minority, as in due to him being of a certain race or ethnicity his opinion doesn't matter.
Obviously you meant the first version I assume but still lots of people are way too easily triggered, so you may want to be more clear in future you know, also just saying "you're minority" makes you sound a bit thick.

Language barrier, I'm not English. In the minority, that's what I meant.

the last half hour had them in a generic lab with a giant samurai robot and a venom spitting bald woman. It was very Wolverine-ish. I mean, similar to the adventures of his solo comic book title, especially in eighties/nineties. I loved it.

Basically, you've got an excuse for all of these films, even the worst of them, most likely because they aren't part of the MCU. Did you think Origins Wolverine was a masterpiece as well?

I'm just an X-Men movie/comic book fan who happens to love all X-Men movies. That's it. LMAO, "The Wolverine" is a great movie, not a masterpiece, but great nonetheless. See box office and RT. Origins is a fun popcorn superhero flick with some flaws. Surely the least one of the X-Men movies, but still good.

Origins is horrendous dude, fun with some flaws? more the opposite, it's a terrible movie with some fun elements, personally I love Schreiber's Sabertooth and Reynolds Wade Wilsion in the opening was also good, too bad they ruined him later in the film, so let us thank the maker that RR got the real Deadpool right after years of pestering Fox to let him do the movie.
I actually really like The Wolverine, I wouldn't say it's great, really good is what I would say, but not great, the end was a bit cliché but hey it wasn't a sky beam so that's a plus in my book.

They should have improved the screenplay of the last third of ORIGINS, that's for sure, but I've seen FAR worse superhero movies in my life. Granted, "Origins" is the LESS GOOD X-Men movie out of the 12, but it's fun and very comic-bookish, I mean very adherent to the Wolverine comic book solo title (which was never great anyway) of the eighties, wherever "The Wolverine" resembles the Wolverine solo run of the nineties.

am old school so X2.
One thing I would say about xmen's acclaim, it is actually accurate and true. unlike mcu with their fake reviews that no one takes seriously.
X2 you get why their acclaimed movies have good reviews unlike mcu where you just can't understand it because its so dumb.

X2 was good for it's time, when the franchise was young and there was still hope for future films going bigger and better. Brian Cox is a great villain and the Nightcrawler White House scene still stands out, but the rest doesn't really hold up for me when you consider what they could have done for a big budget X-Men film. Characters were underutilized, potential was wasted and too much focus was put on Wolverine (trends continued in later films). I guess I would have to give it Logan. It's genuinely a good film with terrific performances and works in what should have been the final film in the franchise. But it also has very few X-Men in it, which is a good thing, because that means fewer characters to butcher/misuse and when viewed as an Elseworlds story, there's less to be disappointed with. what time are we living in that X2 is no longer good?
the mcu time that has basically destroyed comic cinema that X2 help saved? where was scorsese during X2. he could have said something then.
X2 is a masterpiece to the MCU immature crap.

I’m not sure where you’re getting at. They all have their questioners. I only agree with Spider-Man to a degree.

Why would it matter you still wouldn't grasp what he was actually saying because you are a dumb ignorant pillock, he could have literally said MCU = Salad and you would have inferred it as an insult, where as if he had said X-Men = Hot Dog you would have found a way to not only read that as a compliment but infer an insult to the MCU at the same time, because you have a 1 track and broken mind.

I liked it. I wish we got a true sequel to it, instead of Singer and his group returning. Remember, they all left the franchise because they were over it. It didn’t take them long to miss it.

In truth, back in 2011, I just took the movie as being a soft REBOOT leading to a totally new X-Men universe, ignoring all previous entries.

So where is X2 in Scorsese's list of 995 favourite films? Or any DC film? Or any film by by Nolan? In fact, with the exception of the first Spider-Man, where are any comic book movies? They aren't there. Looks like the person whose opinions you value so much doesn't think it's a masterpiece either.
