I'm thinking of a scene where it's like two guys talking and in a window or on display there is a giant glass jug of jelly beans. It's one of those games where if you guess the exact number of jelly beans in the jar you win a trip or a prize, something like that.
One of the guys I believe is like a Monk type character or like Charlie from Numb3rs. I actually was reminded of it because I was watching Monk and there is a scene where he guesses the right number of jelly beans give or take a few, but I'm positive it's not that scene. Could be a scene from Numb3rs but I can't think of an episode. Could also be a movie.
The specific thing about the scene is that the Monk type character calculates the amount of beans in the jar, tells the other guy and suggests he make a guess and win the prize for himself. The other guy says "Now what if they blew up a balloon and put it in the center of that thing where nobody could see it?". The Monk type character responds with something like "Well that would be unethical/illogical" or something like that. It's kind of like a scene showing how intelligent the Monk type character is but that he doesn't know everything.
I would appreciate any help! Thank you!
