And describes technique in narration while committing the act.
Late 80s / early 90s - might have had James Spader in it...
Some sort of erotic thriller... That's all I got.
Thanks

Evil Dead II (1987)?
The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death (2014)?
Vapid Shallow Models Must Die! (2006)?
Anomie (2009)?
"Joel Seabrook" (2010)?
"The Fourth Man" (1982)?

The Hand?
Final Destination? Thanks, but I don't think any of those are it. I remember the man standing and wrapping his own hands around his neck and choking himself to death. He was wearing black gloves. I believe he used the technique to implicate someone else in his own murder. He may have been a professional hitman or a serial killer. He had some unrequited love thing going on for the lead actress in the film. People were strangled earlier on in the film using the technique he describes. Sucks that my mom and dad rented these absolutely shitty C grade thrillers on VHS...
