No, I won't reward Disney for what they've done to the franchise. I won't forget what they did to Luke Skywalker.

But JJ Abrams, Chris Terrio, and George Lucas had nothing to do with what Rian Johnson did to Luke in "THE LAST JEDI".
You don't think the 3 of them can make things right again in "EPISODE 9" ?

Probably not, and this isn’t me hating on the movie, but it’s just I’m still not a big fan of the series enough to get me in the theatre seats. Then again, we’ll see.

I haven't seen anything of Terrio's outside of Argo. George Lucas isn't involved with the movies anymore other than to give words of encouragement to the directors and attend the movie premiers/conventions. He was pushed out of the creative process. Abrams is very talent (I particularly love Regarding Henry as my favorite Harrison Ford role), but my decision is based on not wanting to reward Disney for what they've done to the franchise and the horrible way they've treated the fan base. I will speak by withholding my hard earned money from them as a customer. I don't like their products.

If this is true, it will help the story (Episode 8 suffered from lacking anyone who understood the Star Wars galaxy/mythology and how it works). However, I still won't give Disney my money. Outside of them carelessly jumping into making these movies, their behavior towards fans was truly the tipping point for me above anything else. Daisy Ridley was the first and only Disney Star Wars name to publicly show some class in that department.

It is True, JJ Abrams and Chris Terrio brought him onboard when they began doing the re-writes.
A lot of what we will see in the 2nd and 3rd Acts of "THE RISE OF SKYWALKER" will not only be from them but also from George Lucas as well.
Also when it comes to DISNEY's Behavior towards the Fans, I actually have to side with DISNEY on that one.
I think DISNEY has every right in the world to defend themselves and fight back in whatever manner they wish if Fans are going to go lower than Donald Trump and attack in cruel fashion something that the people at DISNEY believe in and support.
That being said, I do agree with you that Daisy Ridley has handled it with some real true class.
