won't be in the top 10 at the end of the year. citrus bowl I've never rooted for Oklahoma in my life. Makes me feel dirty. That being said..... What I'd really love to see - is a Sooner / Tide Championship Game - and Jalen Hurts breaks 'Bamas hearts in a 48-45 thriller.

Thanks. Alabama will be fine, but, folks are saying Georgia are in place to make a run at the SEC title. We'll see.

'Bama's receiving corps are supposed to be off the charts this year jeudy, ruggs III, waddle and devonta smith not hating - but i'd love to see the SEC beat up on them. Georgia's QB class must have been loaded behind Fromm - had no clue one kid transferred to Washington to start (they're supposed to be decent this year) and another Georgia QB transferred will supposedly be starting for Ohio State this year.

No, losing one player won’t derail the Tide, they are loaded with talent, in fact this looks like arguably Saban’s best team, this should be his most explosive offense with Tua plus their great receiving corps of Jeudy, Ruggs, Smith and Waddle, and their defense is much more experienced than it was last year and should be dominant. They will make the playoffs and are my pick to win the national title.

Trouble in Tuscaloosa? First Team LB Joshua McMillon is now lost to the season due to injury.... He isn’t one of their stars, he has never started for them before. No big deal, Bama is loaded with very talented players. They are CFB’s best team.

I feel for the kid. It has to be frustrating and disappointing to be so close to playing in his first college game and instead he will be rehabbing and trying to stay focused. Oddly enough last years #1 ranked RB, Zamir White, also had to sit out his freshman season due to injury before the season started. Indications out of Athens are White has looked great in practice. Even dragging defenders several yards before they can tackle him.
A healthy Zamir White in the backfield with Heisman candidate D'Andre Swift will make Georgia's offense even more formidable. GO Dawgs!!!!!!

Got that one circled on my calendar Sheesh - no rest for the weary - after playing perennial powerhouses Vandy, Murray State and Arkansas State

All they have to do is win out and they're in. The committee will make sure of it. If LSU wins the SEC championship, two loss Georgia drops out. If Georgia wins, they'll say it's about "who's playing better right now" and ignore the fact LSU beat Bama head to head.

Personally I think the Sooners get by Baylor - but let's just say -
An undefeated Baylor whips the Sooners and then Texas their final 2 games.
Let's just say that Baylor again whips the Sooners in the Big 12 Championship game on Dec 7th.
How do you leave them out?

Suppose we end up with this...
Georgia beats LSU in the SEC title Clemson wins out (there in. I can't see them losing) Alabama wins out, crushing Auburn Minnesota wins out. Baylor wins out. Utah beats Oregon in the Pac 12
Then we have
0 loss - Clemson, Baylor, Minnesota 1 loss - LSU, Georgia, Alabama, Utah, Ohio State (we can ignore Memphis and any others)
Seven teams for three places (once again, Clemson is #1). Georgia gets #2, one loss SEC. Then what? Undefeated Minnesota? They're record should be good enough by then, PSU, Wisconsin and Ohio State. Baylor's record will have just Oklahoma. The Big XII had been left out before. LSU over Alabama? Yeh, who beat who, but LSU's loss will be fresher in the voter's memory. For that reason, OSU is a longshot, but if Minny beats the Fuckeyes by a fluke play, a shit penalty, Pac 12 champ has no chance, because they're Utah. Never count out the Tide
