Here's a super easy to make and delicious farro salad I recently incorporated into our rotation. The only part I change, as one should with all of her recipes, is that I cut the lemon juice in half and just add salt to taste (as opposed to the gallon of salt she recommends): Charlie Bird's Farro Salad

This does look like a wonderfully festive salad recipe here .

Great thread, Mszanadu! It'll be fun reading, and sharing here. I have to agree about Chef John, from Foodwishes.com.. He's my favorite, too. The production quality on his videos is excellent, both visually and in his narrative. The dishes he presents span the gamut in terms of geography, simplicity/difficulty, and common to unusual. He posts videos on Tuesdays and Fridays ... usually late in the day. He's in the Pacific time zone. Add Edit: He posted early, today. Below is his summer cherry/cheese gallette/pie. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y56aOSfNM34

I have two favorite recipes I found online at Allrecipes.com. They are Diane's Colcannon and Debbie's Ultimate Mushroom dish. They are both easy to make and only require 7 ingredients.

I agree here also and really like recipes
that are easy to make plus only have 5 to 7 ingredients as well .
These are always so good because we know what exactly is in it ( so no mysteries or complications on this either - just simple & natural homemade goodness ! ) .
Thanks so much wickedkittiesmom for
your fine selected recipes and your reply here too .

I like Taste Of Home because they usually have recipes that call for ingredients we already have in our cupboards.

Another excellent recipe I found on line recently
it was so easy to make and wonderfully moist & rich
to satisfy some serious chocolate cravings ( of course I made these into cupcakes instead
but these were still good too ! ) .
Also here is another wonderful & easy to make recipe
I just made for dinner tonight
and I recommend this one with brown rice too .

I actually found this easy recipe on an A-1 Original Steak Sauce bottle
a few years ago and made it a few times since - it's so good too .
Just made this one again today
but like I usual do made it a vegan version
and also added a few more ingredients
to really make it special .
I added a can of black eyed peas to the beef mixture and
cut slices of vegan monterey jack cheeze
on top of the potato topping with the cheddar slices also ( didn't have shredded cheeze available so I improvised here this time ) .

and can also be enjoyed all year long as well ( also you don't have to be a vegan to enjoy this very easy recipe here either ) .

and used this very nutritious bread for this recipe too - EZEKIEL Bread ( of course any bread can be used for this fine recipe ) .
Also you don't have to be a vegan to enjoy this fine yet very easy recipe .
