These immediately come to mind - The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King - The most satisfying conclusion to a film series. Yes, apologies to Endgame. Inglourious Basterds - "You know somethin', Utivich? I think this just might be my masterpiece."

If we're talking about the best "film" for me where I have to bring out my inner snob I think the best for me is There Will Be Blood.
If we're talking about a great movie that I have had a blast with multiple times it would be Mad Max: Fury Road. Which I might have to call my fav of the 21st century so far but close thing, picking just one is asking too much.

It's one of the following four since they are my only 10/10's from 2000 to date (which make up four out of my seven 10/10's in general)... -Road to Perdition (2002) -Open Range (2003) -Lord of War (2005) -Gran Torino (2008) p.s. honorable mentions (which are basically my 9/10's)... Skyfall (2012)/The American (2010)/Felon (2008)/Angel-A (2005)/25th Hour (2002)/Blow (2001). which is six out of nine of my entire 9/10's in general.
