Not exactly but that wrestling scene in Borat came pretty close.

No. Closest contenders would probably be the Nugget scene in Super Size Me, the custard scene in Dead Alive, and Brundlefly demonstrating how he eats in The Fly. All involving food, incidentally.
Oh yeah, and the turtle scene in Cannibal Holocaust.

there were a few scenes in Hostel that made me want to vomit my popcorn all over myself when I initially saw it in theaters. I seriously wasn't prepared how disgusting that awful film was going to be haha. Lets just say I stay far away from "torture porn" type films from now on.

Only two really stand out in a similar fashion to what the OP describes...
-Hostel (2005) -Hostel: Part II (2007) (but only the woman-slashing-woman scene as the rest of the movie did not bother me at all. the first movie had a stronger overall negative thing going for it a decent portion of the movie which made it overall worse)
are the only times I clearly remember being noticeably upset (not in a mad/angry way, but more of a stronger negative feeling from it) from seeing violence in movies and this was back around the time each was new. I remember Saw series might have a little bit back in the day but Hostel was clearly the stand out in the sense the OP is talking about. but it's kind of odd when you think about it... being the first movie bothered me like it did, you would think a natural reaction would be to avoid seeing further movies like that, but yet, you viewed the 2nd movie anyways. hell, not all that long ago (maybe a year or two) I remember reading some crap online that had a clear negative effect on me emotionally which is why I am definitely going to avoid reading certain stuff online in the future as that left a clear negative effect on me for a while, like even longer than the Hostel stuff did as it took longer to get over it as it's weird when I was reading it, it had this solid negative effect but somehow I kept on reading it til finished with the article on it even though it would have been wise to stop when things started bothering me etc. so basically, in short, I tend to avoid anything too much nowadays as it's not worth that kind of emotional stress. it's not something that happens for me, as like I was saying with Hostel, it's basically rare, but when it does occur, it sucks. but I think sadly, some people seek out this kind of crap if they can find it, trying to act hard etc, but all it does is mess them up.
so it seems @jakesully and I are pretty much the same page. except I did not have that vomit urge, as I just remember feeling noticeably bothered by it for a while after it was over (like it stood out in a negative way as movies just don't do that to me). but I noticed the feeling of Hostel was pretty much completely missing from Hostel 2 with the exception of the woman-slashing-woman scene as the rest of Hostel 2 did not bother me at all. but yeah, I think part of what makes Hostel etc so bad is how it's portrayed (like in the movies tone etc (just something about it)) as it just feels closer to genuine evil (which I think is why it had a clear negative effect on me) than your typical random violence in the vast majority of movies which is no big deal for me. hell, I think even my cousin also agreed with me (who's a little younger than myself) as something about Hostel is done in a way that stands ou from the typical violence/torture scene in a movie which does not bother me. p.s. but lately I don't really watch a bunch of random movies anymore as I have become more selective, not specifically because of the Hostel stuff, since that was quite a few years ago now, but it's getting more difficult to find quality movies that are good enough to be among my favorite movies in general. But I suspect it's difficult to find movies that given stronger negative emotions like Hostel did that genuinely bother ones emotional state. so I suspect a large portion of that type will fall into the standard violence crap in typical Horror movies which does not bother me at all. but I am not going to try to find other movies like Hostel, because obviously, I genuinely did not like the feeling it gave me as it was not just slightly negative, but grabbed my attention in a bad way to where Hostel will go down in a class of it's own given all of the movies I have seen.
That just put more nails in that movies coffin. but it's only one of about four movies I gave a 1/10. not in the sense the OP is talking about but I just can't stand that type of so-called comedy as it makes you want to beat the crap out of em as it reminds me of Tom Green and I cannot stand that guy's so-called comedy. but thankfully, he's pretty much disappeared a long time ago now.
but in terms of what the OP is talking about... it did not bother me at all like Hostel etc did which was clearly a worse/unique feeling for me as the Borat scene you mention was more in a nasty sense, not in a more serious strong negative emotional sense to where you feel somewhat sick (not really physically sick but it takes a toll on you emotionally which took roughly some hours for it to pass) in a way.

Another Eli Roth film.... Cabin Fever when the main guy checks on his girlfriend that they basically left for dead and most of her face is missing.

Not that I recall. Then again, I abhor and avoid torture porn films for the most part.

Not actually hurl but close. Peter Jackson's BRAiNDEAD put me off Tandoori for nearly a month. And anything that had Cliff Richard in puts me off eating anything for days.

Nauseated, never actually tossed my cookies.
The common denominator is usually I am eating, or have just eaten a heavy meal, and I am watching something like, for instance, one of the more explicit Italian flicks. It hasn’t happened in years and, in general, I have a pretty reliably strong stomach when it comes to very graphic material. For example, I was laughing my @$$ off at Terrifier 2, but I would definitely not tuck into a messy pasta meal while watching it.
One scene that really seems to get me is the arteriogram(?) scene in The Exorcist. It seems all too real, but it never used to bother me too much - even when I saw it as a kid - but I saw it again about ten years ago in a theater, after not having seen it for some years, and for some reason it made me really queasy. I actually broke a sweat, and I could feel I had gone pale. It took me a good moment to recover. Full Disclosure: I had eaten a two dose medical brownie about 45 minutes before the movie. I’m guessing that had something to do with it. I’ve seen the movie twice since and both times I averted my eyes because I could kinda feel it coming on. Clearly, I have psyched myself out on that scene. I think sometimes reactions to stuff like that is more about the psychological than the gut.
Only other thing I can of is when kid and breaking my teeth on horror films. Come Halloween, I would be testing my limits on what I could watch on T.V., while also stuffing myself with copious amounts of candy and other sweets. Needless to say this led to a few upset stomachs. I think that more to do with the sweets though….

No, not at all.
Also, since I have seen the trailer for dune 2021 and didn't get sick. I think nothing will make me sick.
Frankly, that's just how i look at it.

No, but the two scenes that almost made me lose my cookies are:
- Divine eating real dogshit in Pink Flamingos - The cub-licking scene in The Brood

The first one I can recall, and where you feel the very opposite of "butterflies in the stomach", and I guess few have managed to do that, but yeah, the infamous turtle scene in Cannibal Holocaust is still hard to watch. Not sure if I will ever do so again, just skip past it if I ever were to re-watch the film.

The entirety of Nothing But Trouble makes me ill. Dan Akroyds makeup is disgusting and those grown up twins wearing diapers makes me want to vomit. Hostel was bad too though.

Even though it wasn’t particularly gory, Mr. Bonestripper also makes me kind of squeamish. It’s like something they’d have had at Auschwitz.
