I've seen some of these animated cels before but I wasn't too interested in getting them. I preferred art someone made as art instead of something made for animation. If you look at it there isn't a background and shortcuts are taken because you don't need to fully draw something if parts of it are going to be off screen. I was going to buy this one with Sailor Uranus and Sailor Mercury but I guess the warehouse it was at got flooded and it was destroyed.

They offered to give me another Sailor Moon cel but i wasn't interested in paying the same price as I did for that one as those. Instead I found this Cuttie Honey cell they were offering and opted to get that one instead. It's disappointing the first cel I wanted to get was destroyed but it is really cool being able to own one of these.
