CGI in general has gotten there already as you surely know with the rise of deep fakes. I just hope that nobody takes advantage and makes something look like a violent video game when it's happening in real life. There are already programs that can blend faces into new ones that look like real people and I'm sure that there's something like that for textures. There's also programs that can artificially generate things you're looking for so you don't have to model it yourself. They can even base an image off of a textual description. But not only will the graphics look real but the text in the video games may be made by machines too. There's already machines that can write basic articles and it'll only get more advanced from there.
