How do you even bite on that thing? I would have a go at it but I know I'd not get very far. It's a 15-napkin job at least, as a whole item. I think he cuts it into manageable slices (but I'll bet it doesn't taste half as good by the slice, and you won't get the juices oozing down your chin like they're supposed to by the look of that loaf - like slicing a gherkin pickle, you lose something that only biting into the whole thing gives you)
