I'd say true even though I love both franchises.
But J.K. Rowling is a woman of integrity unlike anyone in Lucasfilm, who only care about making money and selling toys and action figures. You'll never catch anything Harry Potter with the $isney logo on it. When she says the story is done, she really meant the story is DONE.

Yes, the story's done, which is why there are more books and movies coming out. No, instead the Harry Potter series has the Warner Bro$ logo on it. WB is basically just a bad knockoff of Disney these days, so your smugness is misguided.

About the same pretty much every Harry Potter movie is better than TPM, AOTC, TFA and TLJ. Yet none of them are quite as good as ESB or ANH; TDH Pt 2 and POA might come very close but not quite.

On the whole, yeah. Star Wars, Empire, & Rogue One are awesome... the rest are less re-watchable than HP's leasts.
Gun to my head, I'd rate SW franchise a B+, & HP an A-.
I will say that Fantastic Beasts is a cold sore & its sequels will only tarnish HP's brilliant legacy.

I enjoy the HP franchise far more. The last Star Wars movie I genuinely enjoyed was Return of the Jedi. Everything since that has been a disappointment.
