Pacino played Shylock in a theatrical release of The Merchant of Venice (2004). In his documentary, Looking for Richard (1996) there are scenes from Richard III with Al as the title character, Kevin Spacey as Buckingham, Alec Baldwin as Clarence, and Winona Ryder as Lady Anne. Both films are highly recommended (by me).
If you mean in live theater, then that might be the place for Spacey to begin a comeback. I would like to see his Falstaff in Henry IV, Part One.
Emma Stone would be delightful as Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing or Rosalind in As You Like It.
