None!!!! They are very tempting and once in a while I get a craving for either a regular glazed donut or a French style glazed donut(the one with the swirls) if I give in to my cravings, I walk around for a day feeling like I have a brick in my stomach. There is a small family owned donut shop near me, their donuts taste good, also Walmart donuts are good too, I don't like Krispy Crème. I haven't had a donut in 2 years.

I agree with "none", fearing the aftermath. Not only do I have the brick in the stomach, but heartburn as well. Fortunately, I'm never tempted because I know how I'll feel afterward. Mother Nature has made them very unappealing to me ... and, I'm glad.

I like Safeway's raised glazed , are they gonna make me fatter...yup. I'll be 80 in october so I don't care about weight I'm gonna eat what I want!

There is a place called Duck Donuts near me. I don't indulge often but their maple bacon donut is insanely good!

Rarely buy doughnuts, but my two favorites were Krispy Kreme's glazed doughnut with chocolate glaze over the regular glaze or the lemon filled ones that were from Dunkin Donuts. Also loved apple fritters!

I love donuts, but no longer can eat them. After I eat them, I have a sugar rush and then sugar level tanks and I feel horrible. But, I love donuts. My favorite are my grandma's filhos.  Winter_King and Jep Gambardella are you familiar with filhos?? |

I had to look them up. Filhós, not filhos! Big difference. Either way, never heard of them.
