I'm not a fan of the series but I ended up watching a little bit while channel surfing. (H.Ween 2018) The part where Myers kills the news couple in the gas station restroom. I slowed it down and could see that he looks like a normal guy. I expected him to have a supernatural, monster look after getting blown up and killed in so many other ways. Why does he look like a regular middle aged Joe instead of a freaky demon creature from Hell? Do they explain this in any of the movies? Did they ever explain how he keeps on coming back to life?

The 2018 movie is supposed to be a direct sequel to the 1978 original. He didn’t go through all of that damage in the others movies in this timeline.

The best way to understand the eleventh movie in a franchise is to go back and watch the first movie in said franchise.

So this is the latest trend with long time movie franchises and sequels? With Terminator being the latest one? What's next? Aliens ignoring that they did some killer dance moves and hate sex with the Predators? Oh god no! Not that! We need Requiem and AvP as canon! (Sarcasm because it is all fiction and I'm not really that invested in any of this.) Although I wouldn't mind if Dizzy somehow made it seem as if the SW PT was all dreams and nightmares that Luke had which is what I figure they are to explain all the plotholes, the ridiculous notion of the midichlorians bullshit, Yoda jumping around like a little monkey and the stupid idea of a virgin birth! LOL at that SW garbage! No real SW fan should accept the PT as canon.

Should probably bring back Carrie Henn as Newt while they’re at it. I don’t exactly hate the PT like some do, but they do feel like they shouldn’t belong in the franchise that much.

Aliens has become one clusterfuck of a non canon franchise. As for A3 I like to think they all made it back to earth safely with Rip and Hicks getting married or living together and adopting Newt with a repaired Bishop as an assistant to them. A3 is just nightmares of Rip like she had in the hospital of Aliens.

He's just crazy. Also...i love that they included his hanger wound from the first film here. They couldve easily forgotten it or made it much less obvious but it looks like it blinded him in one eye and thats great.

After all that shit they went through in Aliens is why nothing exists for me afterwards.

The conversation in Hollywood: "We need a new idea. How about another Halloween movie this time with Jaime Lee Curtis!" "Well, she was in H20 and Resurrection." "Hmm. Oh, let's just make a movie and make it a sequel of the original Halloween?" "But there have been 6 sequels already, 7 if you want to count Season of the Witch. Then there were 2 'reboot' movies." "Huh. Interesting.<thinks intently> I got it! All of those movies after the original, let's just forget they ever happened!"
