That is an interesting question. I would say it depends on the circumstances. If the anti-social person had a full time job that occupied them and could support themselves on, I would say yes. Any tendencies toward violence or lack of impulse control might negate the deal, however.

I think it depends on what's meant by 'anti-social'. If it's meant in terms of the sociopathic, that could pose problems, depending on the degree and nature of the sociopathic behavior displayed; if it simply means being a personality type that doesn't much care to mix with their fellow beings more than they can help, I doubt if it would make any real difference except for the problems that might arise from being forced to exist in a social situation for eight hours a day.

In times gone by, and in many areas, society more certainly upheld basic moral principles. There was no reason to reject society.
Lately, too many people believe that being a member of society or doing any civic duty means they should be financially rewarded. That's wrong. If for example witnesses were paid for their testimony, they would be inclined to offer false testimony. Furthermore they do not understand or uphold basic moral principles.
The people who are fighting what they believe is the "good fight against socialism" are reacting to that collapse of society not realizing that what they really need to do is bring back basic moral principles in a way that does not require them standing over everyone with guns.
