Only got them on signed first edition books. Patti Smith probably the highest profile.

I've got Michael Gira's autograph a few times, but then it's probably quite difficult to get hold of unsigned Swans merch these days.
UK Decay Black 45 EP signed by Abbo.
I've also got this signed/illustrated wedding card from David Tibet of Current 93:

My sister went to a record store in 1964 where Al Martino was signing purchases of his records. Well, this was the height of Beatle Mania and Al graciously agreed to sign all records. So he signed my sister's copy of She Loves You.

In 1988 the gf and I were in a Chicago restaurant a few tables away from Robert Plant who was in town with the Honeydrippers. A few people asked him for an autograph and he obliged. My gf and I left him alone. She started talking about how she didn't like Led Zeppelin. I shared the view but shot her a glance suggesting she was speaking a little loud. She smiled sheepishly and asked if I was embarrassing her. I said, in a voice at least as loud as hers, "The agency usually sends me nice girls." Patrons looked at us. We remained deadpan, continued dining, and laughed about it later. Not sure if Plant heard us.
