The stores only carry this for about 5 weeks a year, does anyone know if I can stock up and freeze the cartons? I know they do not recommended freezing their mashed potatoes but say its ok to freeze the pasta dishes.
Also, is there any brand of stuffing that comes frozen? WKD and I love stuffing but its something I can't seem to get right when I try to make it myself.
Thanks!!!!

There are a few websites that tell you what you can/cannot freeze. But, I couldn't find anything on the boxes of prepared bread ... only on stuffing that has already been cooked.
My guess is that it would freeze well. Loaves of bread do. I use "Mrs. Cubbison's." It's only bread cubes and herbs/flavoring. If "Bob Evans'" is the same thing, I don't see a problem.
I did look at their website, and the have a number for inquiries ... 800-939-2338.
