That’s just an opinion piece from a pop culture website. It’s not really an indication of profitability.

So you've finally realized that you were wrong about profitability and now you have shifted to "importance" instead.

Aha according to Screenrant a site that once claimed that the Green Lantern movie was actually a success because it made a whopping $20m more than it's $200m budget, not break even point, no just the budget, it made $220m against a $200m budget not including marketing and those geniuses claimed it to be a financially successful movie.
Also considering Superman is often the film cited as forming the foundation and base for all superhero movies even to this day to wipe that aside just to say Batman did it 11 years later is cheap and pathetic.

And Batman has never had a great or even good movie based on him. Go figure.

Spider-Man and Iron Man curb stomp Batman I'm afraid.

Spider-Man and Iron Man curb stomp Batman I'm afraid. Iron Man is definitely not more profitable than Batman. Batman and Spider-Man would likely be the top superheroes in terms of profitability, which not only includes box office numbers, but also includes things like merchandise.

Enough bitching about Spider-man vs Batman. Lets look at Stan Lee the actor his filmography has to be the most profitable of all time

I'm talking about the most profitable cinematic superheroes. I'm including the Avengers movies as solo Iron Man films because why the fuck not?

Stronger Ties to Captain Marvel. Stan was reading Mallrats script in it.

This thread is still valid, because Batman is still far more popular than Spider-Man and he's still the most profitable superhero. Wow.
