give Tim Blake Nelson an emmy nm. He really is wonderful in this. I could listen to him reading a phone book all day. Well, maybe not, but I just love the way he works the dialogue on this show. he needs to be in possibly Fargo next.

He would be a great fit considering that he was also a delight in the Coen brother's last movie. Alas, there is only one more season of Fargo and they've already started working on it.

i don’t think Westworld was predictable for the majority of viewers. Just like most people didn’t know about the Jon Snow lineage thing either. Some of us are just always looking for the hook. I think Lindleoff is better than most at twists though. eh I am not sure, on reddit the majority of that sub Predicted William's identity after that particular episode aired as well.

This show is seriously incredible. It is probably the best thing on TV right now. The last two episodes were absolutely fantastic.

I can't get into it, which surprised me because I thought the trailers were very good. I find it to be pretty uninteresting.

I really wish it wasn't a mini-series. Liked it, wasn't what I expected. It's got some problematic themes which I hope it eventually addresses, in that given historical realities i t is a bit on the absurd side to think cops are going to be your heroes in the fight against a wide scale white supremacist terrorist movement, seeing that many in their ranks would probably come from law enforcement in the first place. We'll see. What year is it on your planet?

Cops serve whoever is in charge. They put family and career before politics. If that were not so, then how could the Soviet Union come into being? Why would Russians turn on Russians to install a foreigner-run government? The Bolsheviks told the cops nothing would change for them so they went along with it. Many cops belong to Free Mason type organizations (Hitler's Germany considered them disloyal to the country). www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2017/dec/31/freemasons-blocking-reform-police-federation-leader

a Reddit discussion is not the majority of viewers. The shows are written with regular TV viewers in mind and they don’t go out of their way to crack theories. still, in a modern age of TV its gotten alot easier to figure out twists in shows, and will only continue to be as time goes on. i don’t believe most people are terribly interested in figuring it out via online theories. I’m that way actually. Very rarely do I read theories beyond my own and I never read spoilers. I had to endure the stupidity of Jon Snow lineage for years before it became official and yet many of the people I talked to about Game of Thrones didn’t even realize that when the revealed it in the show. I just don’t think it’s a normal part of TV viewing.

It's not. Wanting to discuss theories, reactions, etc. is a perfectly normal part of fandom. But wanting a movie spoiled? Psychopath behavior.

It started picking up when Sally Jupiter/Blake came in, and the last two episodes were especially great.
...and I can't help but notice they're the ones least focused on Sister Knight. It pains me to say, as a lot of alt-right incel types were immediately dismissive of her, but I think they centered the show on the wrong character. Or at least the least interesting one.
But yeah, I agree Nelson deserves an Emmy nod. As a big fan of the comic, I also like the backstory they gave Hooded Justice.

She hasn't even been the focus of half the episodes Overall I think the show is amazingly balanced. I certainly would not reduce her time.

The show has expanded into developing other characters, but it's clear she's the lead.
