Holy shit that was bad. It was almost as bad as Iron Man 3. I liked Homecoming. This was terrible. No wonder Sony wanted SpiderMan back.

Yep, Dark Phoenix is better as well. Spider-man and Antman are garbage tier mcu.

I thought it was good, what didn't you like about it?

I thought it was good, what didn't you like about it? It was ridiculous. The Elementals are very bastardised versions of Marvel characters to the point of being completely different. And they were created by Beck to what, steal Peter’s sunglasses? Beck had no compunction against killing, I’m sure there are other ways to get them from Peter (yes I know he also wanted to be a hero for financial benefit for ex-Stark employees but that’s pretty dumb as well. The plot was stupid. Like Nick couldn’t have got someone else to take out the Elementals. And Beck needn’t just kill the friends of Peter who knew the truth. He needed to kill whoever they told, how does he know that hadn’t told numerous people? The kids just weren’t as funny in this one. And EDITH? Lame. And do they put unconscious people in lock up in the Netherlands? No. Also just boring action scenes and stupid plot.

Also it was Iron Spider-Man versus Iron-Mysterio. The Stark legacy is over-bearing.

I enjoyed the humor of the film, but the story was garbage. The idea that Tony would leave God-level tech to a 16 year old is ridiculous. What's more ridiculous is Fury leaving the fate of the world to a couple of Skrulls. I'm still not clear on what Beck was trying to accomplish. This stuff makes no sense at all. The action scenes are boring outside of the trippy illusion fight in the warehouse.
