So Cisco made an AI based on Barry's intelligence to help give him advice? He remembers some of the decisions Barry's made over the last 5 years, right? Yeah, what could possibly go wrong...
He....He didn't bring Bari home with him, did he?
Cisco's girlfriend didn't tell him he was sleepwalking?
Joe makes a good point, I forgot that he's a precinct captain - which, putting a pin on the fact that he jumped from Detective, over both Sergeant and Lieutenant straight to Captain (something that took Olivia Benson 6 years/seasons to do) - What the hell is he doing running around following a Wells instead being back at the precinct doing his job?
Oh my fucking God, they had Wells slap the scanner and it made the Ziggy noise. That is fucking awesome. I love it!
How many weeks has it been since we've last seen actual Caitlin?
Really, Cisco's Girlfriend, you're deciding now is the time to deepen Cisco's emotional crisis by questioning his motives for building his cyber-boyfriend? Right now, while he believes he's guilty of brutally murdering an ex and faces severe repercussions for it? You're just jealous because he probably actually said "I love you" to Bari already and didn't try to walk it back.
This whole, Barry grooming Cisco to be team leader is going to be super awkward when Barry doesn't die in the Crisis....
Oh, so Barry saw millions of possible outcomes of the Crisis and the only one where everyone survived was the one where he died, but "Nash" knows how to save Barry - which ostensibly means he plans to doom the earth and everyone on it....

I didn't see you reviewed this one yet, I kaughed as well with the Bari thing, like also hasn't Cisco and everyone else argued with Barry and his choices in the past, why build an AI that mimics the mind of someone you frequently argue with as a command prompter, I get it if Cisco built the AI to merge with the other AI so they had a holo Barry they could speak with as an emotional support thing or something, but as a AI commander even for Cisco that's a dumb initial idea. Why is Barry grooming Cisco to lead when Iris already took charge last time Barry left? and we spent an entire season going ra ra yay Iris you are so great, he's not The Flash "we" are The Flash oh yeah that's why nevermind. The Joe thing is a reoccurring CW issue, they did this in Arrow and on Beauty & The Beast, it's like they think Captain isn't an actual rank just what you call someone in charge of a precinct, though Joe may also be a Sergeant for all we know, TV rarely distinguishes this stuff unless it's for a point, I still find it funny that on Hawaii 5-0 the 2nd in command of the team is Danny who is a Detective Sergeant, and for several years had 2 superior officers taking orders from him in Lt Chin Ho Kelly & Captain Lou Grover, Lou is still there though so it's still weird a Captain takes orders from a Sergeant but oh well.

I was like, several seasons deep into Grimm before finding out that Sergeant was effectively above the rank of Detective - the whole time I assumed that the uniformed Sergeant Wu was subordinate to Nick and Hank, just based on the way they interact. At least it's not as bad as Days of Our Lives, where the last few years they've felt the need of making one of their regulars Police Commissioner; often elevating a fucking Detective to that position.

At least it's not as bad as Days of Our Lives, where the last few years they've felt the need of making one of their regulars Police Commissioner; often elevating a fucking Detective to that position. Depending on where they are Detective isn't actually a higher rank, a plain Detective is no higher ranked than a uniformed officer of equal service though they are paid more, that's a TV thing, they simply have other duties, but I think like in NY they have grades of Detectives, where the highest grade I think makes more than a sergeant but less than a lieutenant, but even so they actually cannot order around uniformed officers at all, they can however order around lower ranked detectives, but no simple detective can order a sergeant around detective sergeant or not as that rank is actually one of a supervisor class.
So unless Nick was also a Sergeant which he could have been I don't really recall but even so he couldn't order Wu around, though I don't think they did, they often asked Wu to do stuff which is part of a patrol officers duties, as Detectives are meant to be the investigators where as uniforms do more the grunt work, and Wu being a sergeant is in command of the regular ranked officers if Nick needed a suspect brought in or bulletins put out and stuff it would be Wu who would inform his officers to grab someone or distribute the intel.
It's kind of weird like that, I recall an episode of Blue Bloods where Danny & Jamie get into it over a collar and Danny starts mouthing off at Jamie's Sergeant who quickly tells Danny his stripes outrank Danny's gold shield, same thing happened last year when Jamie made Sergeant and Danny disobeyed him, but that's a cop focused show, to the point when Frank promotes Danny's old boss to work directly under him he cannot give him the appropriate title because Sid is only a Sergeant not a Chief so they retitle the role it and promote him to Lieutenant but he serves the same function, but atleast that makes more sense than like in BATB a mere Detective who was the season before hand banging the previous captain and whose partnership is often chastised for not being as effective as others, somehow jumps to Captain out of nowhere.
Do you also find it funny that in a city of over half a million like Star City or "14 million" in Central City that there only seems to be a single relatively tiny police station that every criminal goes to, instead of several throughout the city? like how many police stations are in San Fransico? I think that's in the double digits atleast and that's a city with under 1 million people, yet a City 14 times the size only has a single precinct? that's weird and so TV.
