As far as clothing goes... wearing sweatpants out in public is one of the first things that come to mind.
but in general... it's not hard to spot someone who's a bit more trash level vs more of the average person (some people you can just tell are not clean and are more of the slob/trash type). so it's not entirely a sweatpants thing but that's not going to help your situation to say the least.
but I guess someones actions can also suggest they are trash etc. like those people who spit on others I tend to think lower of as a general rule as civilized people don't do that even if they are upset.
I am sure one could list more but I just gave a couple of examples off the top of my head.
