If you don't want people being combative with you, maybe you should try not be so condescending. Oh, are you being combative with me? Huh. I thought you were just being an absolute moron and I was addressing your concerns as you presented them and therefore following you into left field. Let's recap: - You were wrong when you said you were under orders not to post these types of threads in FG. - You were wrong when you said I turn a blind eye to anthonyrocks' threads and posts. - You were wrong about the reason I moved this thread into the Movie Quotes board. - You were wrong when you thought that anyone else's activity on this forum has anything whatsoever to do with your own in an administrative capacity. - You were wrong when you thought you weren't a hypocrite. And now you're wrong about me avoiding combat and being condescending, although I'm having some difficulty with the latter. I should really do you a favor and stop replying to you so you can (hopefully) stop making a fool out of yourself, but it's just too damn fun. By the way, my name is John. I don't believe we've ever crossed paths before. Nice to meet you.

And last but definitely not least:
- You were wrong when you thought I was going to follow you around with a poop bag.
Cheers.

If you don't want people being combative with you, maybe you should try not be so condescending. When your opening salvo is "Okay well I'm doing one, I don't give a shit. If you move this, why not move those fucking dozens of anthonyrocks threads also while your at it?" it pretty much seems like "combative" is the tone you set. As for the tinge of regret expressed by the post to which I'm replying here, you could always say "sorry" to him. Or not. I still don't get picking on another poster here. So those are my two/three cents.

Is "Annie Hall" the film being parodied here? So far I've only seen two Star Trek images. Needs more.

I'm very shallow and empty and I have no ideas and nothing interesting to say.

Although I'm balding slightly on top, that's about the worst you can say about me. I, uh, I think I'm gonna get better as I get older, you know?

Annie Hall: You never want to try anything new, Alvy. Alvy Singer: How can you say that? Whose idea was it? I said that you, I and that girl from your acting class should sleep together in a threesome.

The Universe is expanding? Well, the Universe is everything, and if it's expanding, someday it will break apart and that would be the end of everything!

We saw the Fellini film last Tuesday. It is not one of his best. It lacks a cohesive structure. You know, you get the feeling that he's not absolutely sure what it is he wants to say. 'Course, I've always felt he was essentially a-a technical film maker. Granted, La Strada was a great film. Great in its use of negative energy more than anything else. But that simple cohesive core ...
