ribers? Amazon is set to break Sky’s and BT’s stranglehold on Premier League football when it begins live-streaming 20 top-flight English football games a season starting next week. The games will be streamed through Amazon’s Prime Video service, on a schedule running from Tuesday 3 December until 27 December, marking the first time in almost three decades that football fans will be able to watch Premier League games for free. Amazon is using the matches to drive subscriptions to its £79-a-year Amazon Prime service, which offers perks including free delivery of goods and music streaming as well as its TV service. But with a 30-day free trial on offer to non-members, many fans will be able to catch top-flight matches such as Manchester United v Tottenham Hotspur without paying a penny. Premier League football fans have not been able to watch games free-to-air since Rupert Murdoch took them on to Sky’s pay-TV service in 1992.

Looking forward to this now during the week. Was gonna get a new Sky Q box next week but will watch the f$%k out of Amazon for the next month instead. The Boys(19) I think is on it

So this is what Netflix is like? And Sky have been robbing me for decades
Watched Green Book and Stan and Ollie last night. And watched Stevie G's Make Us Dream up to ht in Istanbul, will continue that one with a few drinks 😭🙏🙌
Will get the movies/docs over with first before watching the tv series, theres 4 seasons of Man in a High Castle, dont know if I'll be able to fit that one in

You can't tell till they bite the bullet and buy a "package" at the next round of bidding. If it's a decent number of games I think it would be worth it for them even as a loss leader to increase normal sales.
