Not using merge points properly. Half the people want to block both lanes 2 miles before the merge and the other half don’t want to let the other lane go before them.

Using their cellphones while driving. I keep seeing that all the time and it drives me mad. Just today I saw a driver who had a cellphone in one hand a cigarette in the other. And I hate people who smoke in the car and then throw the cigarette butts out of the window. Or for that matter people who throw anything out of car windows.

One time I was sitting in my car at a left turn lane. When my light turned green, the car in the left lane coming the other way took off over their red light. This was an 8 lane highway in rush hour traffic. Nobody else took off. So it wasn't like she was influenced by the other cars around her. She had her cellphone on her steering wheel. And she was typing something.

For me, definitely cutting in front of you suddenly or when they don't want to join the long line of cars in front of them is the most annoying, followed by not using their turn signals.
I also hate when drivers stop suddenly in front of you without warning.

I don't like improper lane usage. Especially people who go slow in the left lane. Which is supposed to be the fast lane, the passing lane.
I hate people who just cruise slowly in the left lane. Especially with 1, 5, 10 cars behind them. I wish police would enforce that law.

And I don't like people who insist on cutting across three (or more) lanes to make a left turn. Instead of going down one block and making a u-turn.

Speeding, not paying attention (if I chose only one), not using turn signals: As a pedestrian, there's one intersection I dread being around, as there's a right turn-only curb lane that is an accident waiting to happen. When allowed to cross the street facing vehicles on a 45 mph road I gotta worry about drivers who don't slow down. The road they're turning onto is 35 mph. If the lane has a few vehicles in it, I'm a lot less worried.
Also, driver's who lack awareness of lanes dedicated to left turns. Outside of letting emergency vehicles pass, it's a bad sign when they're not used.

Instead of crossing the street, is it an option to make a right turn with traffic, go down and make a u-turn, and come back? Sometimes that is easier than crossing a busy street.

All of the above. Add to that people who slow down to a crawl to drive over a speed hump. Smashing over speed bumps can damage your car. Maybe you are rich enough to repair and replace your car. But everybody else is not.

Another pet peeve of mine: Bumper hangers. These are the people who drive up on you on a multi lane highway and instead of passing you, they sit just outside of your left rear bumper making it impossible for you to pass any slow traffic that's in your lane. I hate that. I call it "people who love to drive along side you". How are you supposed to change lanes?

I'm aware of that, but there's no reason to drive over them at half a mile an hour. It depends on how severe they are. Some are minor. But some are designed to be as severe as a corner curb, or bumpy train track.

But some are designed to be as severe as a corner curb, or bumpy train track. Well I personally have never come across any that severe but I'm sure there are some around but the vast majority of speed humps where I live aren't very severe, they're meant to keep you within the speed limit not necessarily slow you down. That means on a 30 mph road you can easily go over them at 30 mph, and yet people still drive over them at a snails pace and not just that they brake very sharply before driving over them.

Speeding, when it doesn't allow opportunity for other drivers to pull out, or change lanes without having to rev up and also causes hesitation issues. It is inconsiderate and selfish, especially when I notice speeding in areas where the conditions don't warrant it. It is really dangerous to fly in an open lane along a lane backed up with traffic. Anybody could pull out at anytime.

Slow drivers. The worst kind are the ones that go at 45mph everywhere whether that be through 30mph speed limits or 60mph. They are either travelling dangerously fast or dangerously slow!
Second to those would be the people that pull out in front of you then take an age to get up to speed forcing you to slow down.
I have no problem with speeders, tail gaters or people that don't use their indicators. I should be ready for any other road user to do anything anyway and as i don't tail gate or rarely speed and do use my indicators i rarely have any problems
